The buffet includes: - Island Greens w/local Lilikoi (Passionfruit) Vinaigrette or Ranch Dressing - Fruit Salad - Lomi Lomi Salmon - Fresh taro rolls - Poi samples - Stir-fried Noodles - Sweet potatoes - Steamed white rice - Fresh Grilled Mahi Mahi w/Mango/Papaya Salsa - Chicken Yakitori Skewers - Kalua Pork - Haupia (Coconut), Guava and Chantilly Cake - Macadamia Nut Cookies Beverages are available as well. An assortment of mixed drinks, beer, and wine are also offered at the bar. Bring a photo ID if you'd like to avail of their alcoholic beverages.
