While everyone else goes to the falls, head to The County for wine tasting, cuisine, and a relaxed day. You’ll follow an expert Sommelier to four premium wineries where you’ll sample local wines, learn about the vineyards and winemaking process, and take in the gorgeous country landscapes. This small, exclusive tour is perfect for wine lovers and those who want to rejuvenate in the countryside.

Description

A fantastic alternative to Niagara, Prince Edward County has been getting more and more popular over the past few years due to its fabulous wines, charming feel, and beautiful landscapes. Not to mention the booming craft beer and spirits. After picking you up from your accommodation in Toronto, you will head to Prince County for the day. After driving along Lake Ontario, you will begin wine tasting in 4 different wineries, ranging from a small family-run business to a large production winemaker.

The county is home to farmers, chefs, and cheesemakers, and a delicious local lunch is included. There will also be chances for tasting local delicacies and visiting small towns throughout the trip. After visiting the final vineyard, depart for your accommodation around 5:00 pm. If you have an interest in beer or spirits, we can substitute a winery for other tasting experiences.

"Awesome Virtual Wine Tasting Experience!!!"

I did a virtual wine tasting with Mackenzie via zoom with my father who lives in a different city from me and is self-isolating. We both really enjoyed our experience. My father called me right away after the wine tasting to tell me that he was so impressed with Mackenzie and how he was so knowledgable and charismatic. I echo his sentiments. I am so happy with our experience and so happy that my dad loved his father's day gift. Thank you Mackenzie!
