How long is the Clearwater Aquarium and Beach excursion?

This is a full day trip and lasts approximately 12 hours.

Where are the tour's pick-up locations?

Pick-up is at: (1) Margaritaville Resort at 7:15 am (Banquet and Event Entrance, 8000 Fins Up Circle, Kissimmee, FL 34747). (2) Golden Corral Restaurant Lake Buena Vista (8707 Vineland Ave, Orlando FL 32821). (3) Orlando Star Flyer at Icon Park at 8 am (8265 International Dr, Orlando, FL 32819). Please call the number on your e-ticket after purchase to confirm your pick-up location.

When should we check in?

Please arrive at the pick-up location 15-20 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. The bus will depart on time with no exceptions, as all tours follow a timeline to ensure you make most of your time at the destination.

What's included?

This Clearwater Beach excursion includes roundtrip transportation from Orlando, professional tour guide, Clearwater Marine Aquarium ticket(s), and a day at Clearwater Beach with lunch.

Will there be a guide?

Yes, you will be accompanied by an English-speaking, professional tour guide who is an expert on all things Florida. Guides are licensed, CPR certified, and CDC compliance trained. Additionally, they take refresher courses throughout the year to keep up with all safety procedures.

Can I eat or drink in the vehicle?

Unfortunately, the only thing allowed in the vehicle is bottled water due to the abundance of Florida critters that love to hitch rides. There will be plenty of time outside the vehicle to eat and drink.

What happens if Mother Nature interferes with our trip?

Florida is one of those places where the weather can change in an instant. It can rain on one side of the street and be completely sunny. The guides will do their best to ensure all activities are completed; however, the guests' safety is of utmost importance.

What should I bring?

Bring your camera, as well as sunscreen, and a light sweater or jacket as all the vehicles are air-conditioned. All activities are outdoors, and the Florida Sun can get extremely hot. Guides will have bottled water available for purchase for your convenience.

What should I wear?

Dress comfortably. Sneakers are recommended. Monitor the weather for the day and dress accordingly. Vehicles are air-conditioned, so some may find a sweater or hoodie beneficial. If you opt to take a dip in the waters of Clearwater Beach, be sure to bring your swimsuit and towel!

Are wheelchair rentals available? If so, what is the fee?

Wheelchairs can be rented at the Clearwater Marine Aquarium's Guest Services on a one-day, first come first serve basis. A rental fee of $5.00 plus a refundable deposit of $50 is required for each chair (fees subject to change). The deposit is returned when the guest returns the item undamaged to Guest Services.
