Description

Enjoy one of Florida's best aquariums and enjoy a beachside lunch during this popular Clearwater Beach tour from Orlando.

When it comes to some of Florida’s great, undiscovered gems, the Clearwater Marine Aquarium in Clearwater Beach is right up there with the best of them. It is a fascinating supporter of marine rescue and rehabilitation.

Therefore, it shouldn’t be surprising that it is one of the highlight tours, offering the chance to enjoy a real, in-depth experience with this wonderful marine life center.

A recent 80-million-dollar expansion project has created a new vibe for the Aquarium. Visitors are always amazed at how much there is to see and do here, starting with the rehabilitation work for various animals, from dolphins to otters, and continuing through a wide range of experiences, exhibits, and additional programs.

This is a working animal hospital, so the animals can change regularly. Still, you will always find rehab viewings of sea turtles, dolphins, stingrays, sharks, pelicans, and always-playful otters. Some of the animals cannot be released back into the wild. Hence they have become ‘mascots’ for the Aquarium.

The biggest attraction is the Ruth and J.O. Stone Dolphin Complex, a series of pools and working areas where the center cares for Atlantic bottlenose dolphins.

There’s a lot to do in Clearwater Beach (lunch is also included), and the Aquarium is at the top of the must-see and to do list.
