Linda was our guide and she was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and a ton of fun. We live in Oceanside two months a year and still learned a lot. The food choices were all wonderful and definitely go hungry! Loved it!

"The Best Day"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5

We have been on several food tours and always have the best time. Carla and Linda love to share fun details and history about the city. The food is amazing, coming from restaurants who have a lot of heart, focusing on local farm foods. The portions are large and sometimes custom to what's in season for the tour. It's a great way to spend an afternoon, definitely recommend.

"Food Pampering and Community"
TripAdvisor user rating 5.0 out of 5
Reviewed July 22, 2025
Linda and Carla make you feel like you are in their home.💛 They are warm and welcoming ! How does that convey in a food tour? They made sure to give each member of our group special attention which is not always an easy feat with a large group. They were open to all engagement and questions. They were equally sharing of their time with all ages including my teens. It wasn’t simply a food tour of amazing top notch chefs culinary representation but an unexpected treat of the local history of the good, bad and ugly of the changing community of Oceanside. They are well known and appreciated in the community. Local celebrities and community stakeholders. As we were on the tour, they waved to store owners and gave hugs to the chefs. The tour was very professional ,everyone received a name tag and they also wore name tags. They also wore tee shirts supporting a restaurant on the food tour or for their food tour business. They also accommodated my gluten sensitivities! All the food tasting is preselected by the chef. It was so fun and pampering! I highly recommend!
