I tried calling to book a reservation and was hung up on by their reservation line. The on-site line does nothing but ring, and now their reservation line will not answer. If you value being treated with respect I suggest you find another hotel.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! If there was a rating below 1 star, I would have given it & I'll tell you why: I had booked for 3 nights thru booking.com. The property in which the flat was in, is at a very good location. 12-15 min walk to ICON Park, many shops & reataurants nearby. Having said that, I've finished all the positives. So now for the problem issues: 1. The outside corridor (3rd floor) had a stink all 3 days. Dont know what it was, maybe disinfectant, but unpleasant as hell. 2. The magnetic accesa card would stop working after 2-3 uses. I know well the common excuse - keep it away from your mobile - I kept it miles away from my mobile. But no use. I think the lock itself might be the problem, was damaging the mag stripe. 3. No tea/coffee/salt/sugar etc provided...maybe i was expecting too much. 3. Totally inflexible on late check outs. Check out time is 10.00 a.m, check in at 4.00 p.m. I had requested check out at 12, flatly refused. Apparently, 4 hours is not enough for the housekeeping to clean a small 1bedroom flat! 4. The young lady receptionist - oh man, she was something else. Her grim, sullen, unsmiling face was the exact antithesis of what a receptionist's demeanour should be. Uncooperative to the extreme - would not look you in the eyes while talking - a "sorry, not possible" reply ready almost before I could finish my question. From the very beginning she was hostile & uncooperative, I've no idea why. Maybe she doesnt like Indians... Anyway, since I didnt get late checkout & there was time before my flight, I requested her to store my luggage for a couple of hours. While checking in, the then receptionist (a jolly, helpful guy) had told me that would not be a problem. But this lady point blank refused, since the flat I was in was owned by a 'private owner'. So they would not take responsibility for stored luggage. Only when I offered to pay, she went in for 5 seconds to "talk to her manager" and then said ok, and the charge would be $30. Since I had no other option, I had to agree. Grumpily, she opened the storage area & told me curtly to close the door after I finished!! What a lady! She alone would have been enough reason to rate the flat 1 star, let alone all the other deficiencies.

Beware…this place was dirty, smelled, and had ROACHES! Air conditioner broken so they had a portable in main room and fan in bedroom. Very hot. Pics don’t match room. Not modern at all. Gym equipment didn’t work. They would not reimburse me 2K back when I left these deplorable conditions.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and the experience couldn't have been worse. Strange, rude staff who seem intent on making your life difficult. The rooms are dirty, the bedding is very soiled, there's a bad smell in the rooms, and there are cockroaches in the bathroom. Your vacation could turn into a nightmare.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I just wanted to tell you a bit about some of the things my family and I experienced during our stay from 3/21-3/23/24. The beds and bathroom were clean. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. The furniture is quite scuffed from use and the cabinets had some water damage, but were clean.Fridge was clean as well. We did notice that there was one of those toilet refreshers hanging from the closet door behind the door entrance which seemed odd. The problems we encountered were focused around the roaches. I was getting ready the first morning there and a small roach was crawling around the bathroom floor. I killed and disposed of it. Later did my 3 year old find 2 dead roaches under the bathroom sink and on the kitchen counter. This raised concern because we had snacks/food in the kitchen. Before leaving for the day, I put all the food on the dining table in a tote that we used to transport it up to the room. When we were preparing to leave this morning to check out, there were baby roaches crawling on our items so we had to throw away a lot of the food as we weren’t sure what opened bags they crawled into. Also a pipe had burst during the early morning hours in another room on our floor causing us to lose water because it had flooded into the hallway. We had no way of showering, flushing toilets, or brushing our teeth without bottled water we brought. I didn’t want to mention roaches upon checkout because other guests were nearby and I didn’t want to cause a stir. The front desk person also seemed overwhelmed with whatever the water issue was and said “goodbye have a nice day.” Upon returning home I noticed that the tote with the food that was sitting on the counter and dining table smelled of bug spray, which was alarming because we possibly touched/ingested those chemicals while eating our snacks and maneuvering around the room. I’m not sure what needs to be done better to mitigate this but we were disappointed with the roach situation. We don’t mind not having the fanciest/updated furniture, but with two young children and the possible bug spray contamination, we won’t be returning even with the great location.
