When our plans changed suddenly, Sunny and especially Mohammad were so helpful and accommodating to my family. I was very grateful! The room/hotel was clean and pleasant for our unexpected stay!

No hot water on Saturday night. The toilet paper could use an upgrade. Very harsh. Very clean. Bed was comfortable. Finally found fridge and coffee maker (behind bathroom door).

Great location! Friendly staff! Very clean! Really nice overall! The beds are hard as a rock though!! I feel like I slept on the floor for the duration of the stay! More breakfast options would be great too…

"Excellent stay and close to Port Canaveral"

The Hilton hotel in Cocoa Beach was excellent. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated and the rooms are nice with barn doors for the closet and bathroom. The hotel offers free parking and offers transfers to Port Canaveral as well as the airport. Check in was easy and Katie was very nice and helpful. The hotel has a restaurant and a Starbucks in the lobby.

"Embarrassing, Dishonest, and Nowhere Near Hilton Standards"

Horrible experience from start to finish. We spent over $200 on dinner and the food was terrible. Poor quality, poorly prepared, and absolutely not worth the price. The wait staff were slow, dismissive, and acted like we were an inconvenience. The worst part was the ice cream incident. The ice cream was visibly melting in the counter, yet we were told it was “rock solid” and couldn’t be served because they were restocking. When I asked for a manager, she repeated the same thing, then tried to scoop it and it scooped like butter. Instead of owning it, she said she refused to serve me because I was being “nasty,” saying this in front of my family and two other families who saw the condition of the ice cream. It was humiliating and completely unprofessional. We contacted Hilton Honors (we are Diamond members), and management then lied, claiming I harassed staff and said I’d “seen things,” which is absolutely false. Hilton did nothing beyond “reporting” it. On top of that, the hotel is under renovation with no notice on their website, and a washing machine they directed me to use was out of service, costing me money. Overall, embarrassing, dishonest, and far below Hilton standards. Avoid this place.
