"Start of our holiday vacation"

Being a Hilton Hinors Diamond member, I have stayed at many Hiltons around the country. I have certain expectations and being this was on the beach, they were higher. The lobby is very nice and service at front desk was efficient. Our room was on the 6th floor (Corner - 651) and overall very nice. Our view was of the parking lot (wish was ocean) but high enough to be non issue. The bed was comfortable, but pillows were atrocious. We had a quick bit to eat at the Tiki Bar and went to sleep. The next morning we had breakfast at the Starbucks in the lobby, which was sufficient and then went to the deck area. The pool is small and was occupied by many kids so we sat outside on the deck. I went to the beach and was amazed that a chair was $ 15 a day and an umbrella was $ 20 a day, so we decided to stay on the deck. I took a walk on the beach and access was simple. They have another Tiki hut as yoy goto the beach, which was a nice touch. Nice place overall but wish amenities were more plentiful outside. Pricing of things were what you would expect but not worth it. This place is convenient as it's not far from the cruise port (reason we stayed here).

The young lady Una was very nice and helpful! The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was amazing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was very exquisite. I also loved the bar area and the outside patio set. With the pool.

Una , the front desk supervisor was extremely helpful and friendly. She guided me on how I should get to the port for my first cruise, giving me a website to book thru. Definitely eased a very stressful situation for me. An absolute asset to this hotel!

This is a great hotel. Mary DeSantis was so nice to help us make the arrangements we needed after checking us in. The room was immaculate and well appointed. Great place to park and stay for a Christmas cruise.

Beautiful place great service and very nice beach front area. Wendy at Salt was the best waitress for are breakfast the morning we checked out. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
