Was our second time here and had just as much fun as the first (even in the rain!). We did an hour airboat tour and then went into the park afterwards. The airboat tour is so fantastic and definitely a must-do if in the area. We also always book the hour tour as time flies when you are on the boat. The boat captains are always fantastic, informative and kind - they answered all of our 1000 questions about the gators and the area and they really try their best to get you round as much as they can so that you can see as much as you can! August isn't a great time for gator spotting as it is so hot but we have seen them both times! Our wonderful captain this year also tried his best to steer clear of the rain as much as he could. We had all ages on the boat, including my 6 month old son and he absolutely loved it! The ride is so smooth that it sent him to sleep :) The park afterwards is a great addition to the day, then you don't feel like you have driven down there just for the hour. The park itself is never super busy, so you are able to see all of the animals and go round at your leisure without worrying about crowds. The shows are great too and the croc squad do a great job with them, they feel very intimate and not over the top which we loved. The fact that the park is included in your admission fee when you book the airboat tour is great too, we feel like it is such great value for money. We haven't tried any of the other offerings they have like the drive-in safari but we will definitely try this when we are back next time!
