What are the hours of operation?

Wednesday & Thursday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Friday & Saturday 11:00 AM  - 9:00 PM, Sunday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. 

Is parking provided? 

Parking is available at the iPark lot located at 308 West 55th Street (Between 8th and 9th).

Where is it located?

928 8th Ave. New York, NY 10019. The guest entrance is located on 8th Avenue between 54th and 55th Streets.

Is the activity appropriate for children?

Yes, this is a family-friendly activity. 

Are wheelchair rentals available? If so, what is the fee?

 A limited number of wheelchairs are available free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are lockers available for rent? 

 Storage lockers are available in the coatroom free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Storage lockers are 11.5”x19.5”x24”. Items that are too large for the lockers will not be permitted inside.

Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?

SPYSCAPE staff are available to assist any visitor in engaging with our interactive exhibits. SPYSCAPE’s entrances, galleries, retail spaces, café, and restrooms are accessible via wheelchair and walker. For guests arriving with a wheelchair or a walker, the SE Corner of 55th St. and 8th Ave. has sidewalk access ramps.

Can I bring my camera?

Non-flash photography is permitted anywhere inside SPYSCAPE unless otherwise posted. Commercial photography and video/sound recording is prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from SPYSCAPE staff.

Can I bring my own food/beverages? Coolers permitted? 

Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited except for bottled water. Any food or beverage items purchased inside SPYSCAPE at the café cannot be taken into the galleries.

Can I bring my pet?

 No, all animals (except service animals) are not allowed. 

What safety precautions are in place for the activity (if any)?

All visitors and their possessions are subject to mandatory search if requested by SPYSCAPE staff. Any visitor found to be in possession of prohibited items may be immediately denied entry or removed from SPYSCAPE premises.
