Nightmare from a scary Movie... run run run This hotel is a complete scam. They falsely advertise air conditioning across all booking platforms, but in reality, they only turn it on for three months during summer. The rooms are unbearably hot, and their solution? “Open the windows.” This is extremely dangerous, especially on the 18th floor, where there are no safety grates or barriers to prevent falls. Not only is the air conditioning a lie, but they also **turn off the hot water**. Guests are forced to take cold showers unless they complain enough—at which point, they turn it on for about 30 minutes before shutting it off again. Despite being on a "renovated" floor, I encountered **mold, broken shower parts, and live bugs** crawling in both the shower and carpet. The level of filth is appalling. They keep saying they arenalways renovating. But per staff that is a.lie they keep using to get away with shutting aircondioning and hot water and unclean spaces. This place advertises itself as a quality hotel, but the reality is straight out of a horror movie. Don’t be fooled—**read the reviews on google.and expedia .** The Marriott Marquis is just around the corner, and while it may cost a bit more, you won’t be sweating, shivering in cold showers, or dealing with a bug-infested, crumbling room. Even the hotel staff admit how disgustingly mismanaged this place is, and the lobby is constantly filled with guests complaining. IGH allowing its name to be associated with this disaster is shameful. I demand: 1. **A full refund** to geusts who were preyed for false advertising and failure to provide basic amenities. 2. **An investigation** into this hotel’s deceptive practices and hazardous conditions. 3. **Immediate action from IGH** to address this fraud and ensure guest safety.

AVOID, IGNORE, GO ELSEWHERE The rooms are HORRIBLE, hairs, mold, cracks in the bathroom, breakfast should not be called like this and staff is structurally unhelpful and become rude when things get a bit more difficult. I have a very odd problem : overnight…and possibly after some minor construction in the building, the cold water faucet and shower in my room produced ONLY HOT WATER. This was a serious issue. You need some some cold water to be able to take a shower… Upon reporting to front desk expressing the seriousness of the matter, the manager was unwilling to provide another room and was unwilling to refund (so I could stay elsewhere). When further addressing the problem he was visible agitated. (Maintenance was nice and did his best but was unable to solve it.), and found it difficult to deal with my complain. This continued into further conversation. The sheer inability and confident unwillingness to solve the issue, combined with the harsh reaction of the manager is BELOW ANY STANDARD. Manager was unclear what could be the next steps and agitatedly scribbled down my phone number stating it could take days or “some time” and “might contact me later”. In the evening I reported to the front desk after having received a message from the front desk that a new room would be available. Upon reporting to the front desk the staff instantly and very impolitely exclaimed that no rooms were available, without any form of interest in hearing the reason. I stated I again wanted to speak to the manager and showed them the received text message of the manager on duty earlier. I had to wait for impressive 35 minutes for the manager. Again I had to re-explain the issue. Judging by the managers face I would have to be ultimately greatful if he was to find a new room for me. Eventually he gave me a different room, thereby confirming that the earlier given answers of not having other rooms available, was a lie. While waiting at the front desk I witnessed many similar issues. One German woman reported to the front desk for the 4th time that day. She said that the temperature of her room would not drop below 35 degrees Celsius (in March). Staff were unwilling to look into this. AVOID, IGNORE, GO ELSEWHERE

Great location. However our first experience wasn't good. No cups or glasses. Lights didn't work. Room looked grubby. It just wasn't prepared right for new guests. I spoke with Veronica the manager the nxt morning and she apologised and moved us to a brand new room on floor 19. I was very disappointed with the breakfast. You had a voucher and when you went for breakfast the guy said one piece of fruit and one bread. Only coffee no tea. I've never been to an hotel like this before. The staff were all very friendly and this compensated our bad start to our holiday. It's a very tired looking hotel.

"Raquel made our trip!"

My daughter and I are currently staying here!!! The first room we were given was dirty, had black all over the tub and broken drawers - we were immediately moved to another room that was clean, but did not have any night stands. Our second day we kept having issues with our key cards… Raquel at the front desk was amazing!!!! She immediately upgraded our room to one of the top floors for our inconvenience - this room was ions above the lower floors and looks brand new! I included photos from both rooms. If Management reads this - please give this girl a raise, she truly goes above and beyond!
