The Manhattan at Times Square is a pet-friendly hotel! If you decide to bring your pet, there is a $200 non-refundable pet fee that is collected upon check-in. In addition, pets need to weigh 75lbs or less.

Attached to the hotel is a parking garage, with entrances on both the 51st and 52nd Street sides. Currently, prices are $72 for sedans and $87 for SUV and $102 for larger vehicles, per day (tax not included). The garage does not allow “in-and-out” privileges.

The Manhattan at Times Square is a non-smoking hotel. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed in the event smoking does occur in the guest rooms.

"A Place to Sleep"

The Manhattan is located right off of Times Square and is within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and Broadway Musicals. The staff were helpful and kind. However, the Hotel is run down and outdated. The wallpaper and paint was peeling off the walls, the carpet was old, and the furniture was old and banged up. The shower had a bubble in the floor and was weird to stand on. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap bottles inside the shower were empty. They had lotion and soap on the counter, but no extra shampoo and conditioner. It was a place to sleep, with all the things to do in that area you aren't in the room too much. There is also a 40$ nightly "resort" fee. The gift shop/convenient store area within the lobby has also been closed since Covid.
