If you are going to the aquarium and/or the Coca Cola museum, this hotel is a great location. It also has some good restaurants within walking distance. We were there to attend Club World Cup games. It was a bit of a walk to Mercedes Benz but still very doable even in the summer heat. The staff were very friendly! You have to use your room key to get through most outside doors so the hotel feels safe in that sense. The rooms were clean but dated with wear and tear. If you have a vehicle on your trip, the valet is on the side of the building. It is an extremely tight space so you will not want a larger vehicle there unless you are ok with it being scratched or dented. Nothing on the valet. They just don’t have the space.

I had a wonderful stay at the Marriott, made even better by the incredible service from Ruby. She was warm, welcoming, and always greeted guests by name with a bright smile. Ruby was consistently available and willing to help with anything we needed—she truly made us feel at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it an ideal base for exploring. The breakfast was also outstanding—fresh, delicious, and a great way to start the day. Highly recommend this Marriott, especially thanks to Ruby’s exceptional hospitality!

I cannot give enough praise for the front desk team of Ms. Ruby, Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Kisha for being SO friendly, SO helpful, So patient and just being great at what they do to accommodate a large group checking in/out and make sure they were happy during their stay. Ms. Sophia, a bar manager was also out of this world. I don’t usually leave reviews but these ladies need to be recognized. A clean hotel is a given, but people who work there make or break your trip. I highly recommend this hotel not only for the great location but for the very professional staff.

I had the most amazing experience thanks to the hotel attendants Jasmine and Ruby.They truly went above and beyond to make my stay special, especially since it was my birthday.From the moment I arrived, they greeted me warmly and made me feel so welcomed. Not only were they incredibly kind and professional, but they also took the time to help me with everything I needed from giving great local recommendations to making sure my check-in was smooth and stress-free.
