Seralago Hotel & Suites Main Gate East in Kissimmee, FL

Almost looks abandoned! The Lobby AC is off so its hot and muggy. The Old food area and arcade are all shut down. When you walk in its empty... almost like a horror movie. The room was nasty! Rust and mold every where. The bathroom sink shelf had fallen off and instead of putting it back up they painted and caulked it in place down there so it had a 45 degree slop. When you moved in bed the sheets would move just a little and expose bare nasty yellow stained mattress. The AC worked but was so so loud and clunking. So much rust everywhere was afraid things would fall apart any second.

Absolutely disgusting less than one star avoid at all costs. 17 dollars a night is too expensive. I didnt sleep under the covers. I used my sleeping blanket. Mold in the bathroom has a very musty smell. . This motel needs to be knocked down and redone

Saralago hotel From 4 star hotel to 1 star or less the rooms are all messed up. The bathroom has mold, the furniture Are damaged The mattress has holes in it. The towels are old and dirty, No toilet paper. Just one bar of soap for 2 guest, the grasses is all overgrown and on top of that when I get to the counter, they charged me $20.44 plus tax a night for the hotel fees when I ask her, what are the hotel fees cover that they're so expensive. She told me they charged me the parking for the pool and for the transportation.I told her I do not use the pool, I do not use there transportation because I rented a car. And that they are supposed to give me parking if i'm staying in their hotel.Still charge me the same amount of money i paid more for the hotel fees. That the hotel stay i have been staying in this hotel two times a year since 2014 but this will be my last day. I do not recommend this hotel. To each its own, if you wanna try it, you are warned. 0 stars for me

Stayed there 5-12th October. We stayed there in 2008, and it was a good place to stay, near Old Town etc. What a shock to see how derelict it has become. The restaurant, Food court and bar were out of use. The rooms need to be redecorated , and the windows were filthy. The staff were friendly and helpful. So sad to see how bad this place has become.

Please listen to the bad reviews. This place is the worst. The pics are deceiving and I plan to file a complaint. The checkin was about 2 hours. Then people kept coming back with complaints as I am waiting on line. One checked out since his room smelled like poop and piss. Then when we finally get our room but we quickly did the same and went to the front to checkout. There was no way I was laying my head in this rundown cheap garbage. The room was filthy, stunk, shower leaking, old beds, bedsheets and need I say more?? I preferred to sleep in the rental car but found a nice hotel that put us up.
