Program was very good. Not impressed with the food too salty specially the pork, dessert was too simple for the deluxe package we paid. There were vacant seats in the shuttle which I don’t understand why we were told that it is full.

We were a family of 8 with 4 children ages 7,10,12,15. We enjoyed the show and all the activities they had! Only wish there were more options on food, but due to Covid, they were prepared plates.

"Very fun evening full of Polynesian culture!"
March 2019
Overall, our family of four (my husband, myself, and our two teenage girls) had fun and learned a lot about Polynesian history and culture! Because we didn’t have assigned seating, we arrived an hour before the gates opened. We were given our luau gift cards (which had $ loaded on it to spend at the bar or gift shop during our time at Paradise Cove). During the wait time, you could view the beach area, use the restrooms, and explore the gift shop. Once all of the tour buses arrived, the gate area got crowded quickly, but they opened the gates a little early. We were offered a mai tai (alcoholic for 21+ guests, and non-alcoholic for younger guests) upon arriving. We also had a group picture taken with two dancers. From that point, direction was a little lacking, but we eventually figured out that we could wonder around the grounds and have pictures taken, get temporary tattoos, take a canoe ride, play traditional Polynesian games, make lies and crowns, visit the bar, or explore the many gift stands they had set up at our leisure. About an hour in, we heard a conch shell being blown, and when we saw people gathering, a few of the dancers were teaching about traditional Hawaiian apparel and teaching hula dancing. From that point, we followed the dancers around the grounds as they taught more about the Polynesian culture and then lead us to our tables. We said a prayer, and then were released table-by-table to the buffet. The buffet was full of delicious food, and we all enjoyed it. We were a little bummed that we weren’t served water or tea with our meal. (You had to get up and get it from coolers at the back of the dining area, we later realized.) But overall, it was a fantastic, traditional Hawaiian meal. Then, the show began. It was incredible! The singing and dancing were spectacular, and told stories and history of not only Hawaii, but also the Cook Islands, Tahiti, Tonga, and Samoa. We enjoyed it very much!

"Love the Luau"
December 2018
Paradise Cove Luau was great, there was allot of fun things to see and experience. The cooking pit and fishing net cast were only a few. They made head dress crowns and wrist flower bands for the ladies. The food was great and that was topped off with and exciting Hawaiian dance. The fire twirler was the main show and what a show. This was my second time there and I will go again.
