"Elaine The Exceptional Employee"

I want to give a shout out to Elaine, the kind driver of this shuttle in Honolulu, Hawaii (picture attached). I am flying alone without my husband and this is a new experience for me. Let alone being in Hawaii for the first time! Wonderful island and people, no doubt about it. I am happy to say the last person who showed me genuine kindness and excellent customer service was Elaine. A short drive began with a welcoming conversation and ended with a warm hug. This beautiful human being deserves all the praise because I’m sure I’m not the first person she has treated with such respect and heart. THANK YOU. Your kindness and hug warmed my heart, Elaine.
