Hampton Inn Titusville/I-95 Kennedy Space Center in Titusville, FL

Never made it here because we were told when we called and asked for early check in the day before to leave our dog in the car by the assistant manager. We were charged 162.19 for not showing up/late cancellation, but the charge showed up before we even checked in( 2 days prior). Tried calling them and was hung up on, Booking.com offered to drop their part of the money and still no refund. Called corporate and they lied to corporate and told them we balked at the pet fee. We never even got there. Had to cancel our plans to go to the Kennedy Space center and find alternate lodging in Florida City. Worst bunch of liars and cheats ever.Stayed in Florida at nicer places than this and no problem. Don't believe the Hilton commercials with Paris and her dog. This place is not dog or people friendly. PETA, Human Society of North America are my next calls.

Before I address the facility itself, I want to shout from the rooftop how fortunate this hotel is to have an employee like Jeremiah working at the front desk. This young man is just a delight in every respect. He is warm and welcoming, polite and personable, well-groomed and nicely dressed, very accommodating, and a very interesting conversationalist. How rare it has been during our stays at more than 200 hotels around the world to encounter such a treasure. We would book another stay here in the future just because Jeremiah works here. Having said that, the facility itself is also lovely - everything we have come to expect and appreciate about the Hilton brand. This hotel is conveniently located one minute from I-95. Our party arrived an hour before standard check-in and our adjoining rooms were ready for us. We booked one king study room and one double queen. The king was very spacious and comfortably furnished. And I always enjoy the welcome greeting on the TV screen for honors members. Our room had a full-size sofa and a large study desk with a cushy desk chair. There was plenty of lighting and lots of electrical outlets for charging devices. The two most important amenities, AC and wi-fi, both functioned correctly. In addition, the room was supplied with a mini-refridge, coffee maker, microwave, iron and board, lots of hangers, and plenty of counter space for snacks and miscellaneous. I was disappointed that the tub has been replaced with a double stall shower, but that's common now in the Hampton brand. I had to forego a hot soak before bed. There is plenty of hot water, though, and good shower pressure. Towels weren't quite as thick as we're used to, but they were sufficient and plentiful. I appreciate the wall dispensers for toiletries, which have replaced single use plastics. And the rare amenity we discovered here (that's lacking in most hotels) is a night light, which we greatly appreciate. Kudos to the engineer for including an electrical socket in the bathroom with a built-in night light. I also appreciated the blackout blinds for sleeping late, and especially the standard 12:00 noon checkout here, as compared to the typical 11:00 deadline. The bed was dreamy comfortable, as is always the case at Hilton brand hotels. Breakfast was included with our room rate, but we never eat hotel breakfasts anymore because there are no organic options. We had no problem with noise here, despite the fact that our room was directly across from the elevators and that we were in close proximity to interstate traffic. We were not disturbed. The pool looked lovely, and several people were enjoying it when we checked, but it was on the shaded side of the hotel and skies were gray after it had just rained, so we decided not to have a dip. Should we have occasion to stay in Titusville again, we won't hesitate to book here again. Hopefully Jeremiah is still manning the front desk.

We stayed in this hotel in 2009 when it was new and loved it. Needed a hotel near Titusville in 2025 and booked here by mistake. I figured it would be run done and have "old dirt" by now. Didn't realize they went thru a complete remodel recently. Got here, expecting an old dated and dirty room, boy was I surprised. Fresh, clean total remodel. Everything felt new, fresh and clean. That is what is most important to me. Staff were fine, nothing over the top but nothing negative either. Again, what I care most about is cleanliness. Breakfast was typical of Hampton brands. Laundry room, front load washer and dryer, $2 washer and $1.50 for 45 min. New and clean, accepting coins. Ice machine on 4th floor was inoperable and the AC in the lobby needs work because it has been rather warm here both days. Overall I ABSOLUTELY recommend this hotel and for the minimal price, just book.you won't be sorry.

Excellent service! The receptionists were very friendly, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I’m already planning my next stay. The only thing missing is a designated area to watch the rocket launches, but everything else was outstanding.
