We are the only Grand Canyon West Rim helicopter tour that operates from an authentic western ranch, only minutes from the Grand Canyon West entrance, and we never require parking or entrance fees.

This is truly an experience you’re sure to remember forever. Take a full 25-minute helicopter flight that enters the Grand Canyon at Eternity Canyon, giving you an up-close view of the canyon and everything it has to offer. You fly along the Colorado River approximately 2,000 feet below the rim, taking in breathtaking views.

Our pilots are knowledgeable and happy to point out different features, landmarks, and engage in questions. Our main goal is to provide a fun, memorable experience for you.

Our flight is the longest Grand Canyon West helicopter tour at 25 minutes, compared to 15 minutes with most other companies, and you get additional scenery only available through Wild West Helicopters. Avoid going to an airport and waiting in line for your helicopter tour! Walk the ranch, see the horses and buffalo, and most importantly, take your time.

Booked for 9am and was told to be there for 8.30 but kept waiting till 10.15 Tom had got delayed but he did arrive by 9.30 so not sure what the hold up was except that we were the only ones there so maybe we had to wait for more people. Having said that the flight itself was absolutely amazing words can not describe my first view of the canyon. Tom made it extra special by getting us to close our eyes and count down to 10 and then open wow what a view.

The WildWest Helicopter Tour of the Grand Canyon West Rim was such an incredible experience. Pilot David made the flight feel safe and fun. He was so informative and made us laugh!!! The tour is located on site within the Coolest desert Glamping resorts only two hours away from Las Vegas (my home town) I just can’t say enough words what a great time my mom and I had this week. The staff, resort, restaurant and tour were on point with their phenomenal FIVE STAR guest services.. 100 percent recommended:)

We chose Wild West Helicopters as they came over as being smaller and more personal than the other bigger operators in the vicinity. When we did our research, we didn't like the way there was no guarantees where you would sit inside the chopper with the main operators, and as Wild West used smaller aircraft we hoped that would not be an issue, how right we were. Firstly though, enormous thanks to the team for holding our reservation for us when we ended up being very late due to car trouble...it really was a brilliant experience and one I will remember for a long time.

My boys talked me into this helicopter tour against my will. I’m glad we did it. It was awesome! Pilot Colton did a great job and made it extra fun for my son who turned 16. We were going to go on the glass bottom walk instead but this way much better! You could see everything. We felt very safe and would recommend this company. We stayed at the Grand Canyon Western Ranch which was adorable.

A great experience with a great pilot. The fly into the canyon, as they are outside the national park boundaries. It is really an awe inspiring experience.
