Oasis at Gold Spike - Adults Only in Las Vegas, NV

Oasis at Gold Spike has all of the amenities you need for a great trip to Vegas. Comfy rooms, great downstairs bar and a pool/outdoor lounge for the ages. Will be back again!

I’ve been to Vegas for years and I always stay further up the strip so I was concerned that this hotel or Airbnb would not meet my expectations. However this was better than I expected. It’s not a 5 star hotel but it absolutely a hotel that will surpass your expectations ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We loved staying here so much. What a wonderful discovery for our first time stay in the Fremont District! I love boutique style hotels that have so much more charm and character to them and considering the expected big-hotel costs, this place is a steal. We decided to "spurge" with the King Suite and I think my photo of the room says it all! So spacious and chic. There is definitely some wear/age to it seen in the floors but it's nicely decorated, the king bed was super comfortable and the AC was a reliable workhorse (very important for a mid-August stay!!). Notable mentions: -Book directly through the hotel and you can probably get a discount code. I normally book through booking . com but found out I could get like 20% off direct. -Free parking. The main lot is really small and open to the public but the hotel has a deal with the city to allow guests free parking either in the main one of across the street. Most of the time we were able to park in the front but once the weekend came, the other lot was there for us. -Comfortable beds and massive shower/bedroom in the suite. I would 100% stay in the suite again -Such a walkable location! The #1 thing everyone mentioned about why they prefer The Fremont over the strip is how walkable it is. You don't need to waste money on ubers to get everywhere and can walk to food options (like the fun Container Park!) or the main drag of Fremont right from this hotel. -The Gold Spike is right next door for some cheap drinks during HH (plus a hotel guest special of what's on draft for something silly cheap like $3 - Truly was one of the options when we went). We didn't end up going to the night club but heard it was chill and a great vibe. -The hotel sends you lots of communications through text throughout the stay. If you write a review while there, they will comp you a late checkout -The pool is so nice. I loved the chaises in the shallow end. There are lots of games out back but not really a happening place in the heat of summer. I would love to come back during nice weather. I think its safe to say this will always be our choice of where to stay when in Vegas. Highly recommend!

Great stay at Gold Spike Hotel & Bar—always a fun, vibrant spot in Vegas. Not my first time and definitely not my last!

I wasn’t going to write a review but then I got an invoice for “amenities” which in include (on website) Property amenities include complimentary parking, coffee (6am to 12pm), Wi-Fi, fitness center, sparkling pool, business center, and bike rentals are available. Which is all fine and dandy but let’s talk room amenities. No closet, no dresser/drawers. No full length mirror. No phone, no fridge, no microwave, no in room coffee maker. The attached bar was fun with their nice bartenders and arcade games (not a casino) however, they only have food on weekends which we didn’t stay so can’t speak on that. Good location, just a couple blocks to Fremont street. Basically, if you’re looking for no frills this hotel would work for you. Would we stay again? No. I like to have basic in room amenities. And for $22.60 a night I expect at least a fridge and microwave
