"Sweethearts Dinner Cruise"

My boyfriend and I went on the Sweethearts Dinner Cruise on Valentine's Day. The boat itself, the ambience and the view was just so amazing. However, the service was very mediocre. From the beginning of food service, the speed, timing and the meals were just really lacking. I had booked our reservations about 1 month in advance and added Hors d'oeuvres to our ordes which we never recieved our Spinach Artichoke Dip. Additionally, I had notes and requests regarding one of our meals - We requested the cavier-infused hollandaise to be served on a separate plate. The server came up to our table and told us that when they were preparing our plates, they had already plated the hollandaise on the filet mignon rather than on the side. It wasn't just for our meal/ table. It was for a lot of our people on the boat. Lots of people waiting for a long time for our food, unprepared and poor planning regarding special requests with the meals. I understand that the holiday dinner cruise may have been more busy than their usual cruises but it was just a really bad food service.
