"Do Not Stay at this hotel!"

We booked this hotel and paid for the total stay through Super.com, when we arrived for check in the hotel took our card to charge for parking each night and sent us a billing statement for the parking charges. Two days later we were charged 3 different fees along with a second night lodging which we already paid for. We did not receive a folio at check out and have no idea why we were charged an extra night. No one answers the phone at the hotel, it is very frustrating trying to get a refund. I would avoid this hotel at all costs as it appears we have been ripped off by the front desk clerk.

"Would not book again"

We stayed the weekend for a cheer competition and paid almost $900 for 2 nights. The lobby smelled of marijuana, the bathroom lights were broken so vanity area unusable, the TV did not work, and linens were requested for the sleeper sofa, none were ever provided. Nor any of the other requests tended to, front desk staff said maintenance or housekeeping would stop by, no one ever showed. This is far from luxury lodging & prices, to add to the experience, the hospital is directly across the street, medical helicopter noise and drag racing on the street all night, along with sirens & ambulance made for zero chance for any sleep. I would not recommend this hotel.

"Worst experience ever at a motel"

Let’s start with checking in I booked off of a third-party website when I got there come to find out there is a $50 a day deposit also valet is $50 a day or you can park in the self parking area for $36 a day got there checked in the first keys that was given it did not work to the room went back. Got the keys re keyed they did not work. Got some more keys to another room again those keys didn’t work so I end up getting third room the third room those keys worked but got in there and the air conditioner didn’t work open the patio door to the balcony very dirty. Nasty was not up to par. They need a full cleaning I had so many problems at this motel till it was ridiculous. Got upgraded to a King superior room that room was even worse walking in there. It was hot again the air conditioner wasn’t working the balcony door they had nailed clothes. It did not open so you couldn’t get any fresh air. It just was not up to par so I end up going back to my other room and just end up dealing with that and suffering with the heat, my husband did open the balcony door throughout the night but again you couldn’t really sleep comfortably with that open because anyone that was in the room next to us could have easily crossed over to our side of the balcony and come into our room that didn’t last for long overall, my experience at this motel was terrible. I would not recommend this motel to anyone. The coffee shop was not open the whole weekend I checked in on Wednesday checked out on Sunday now when I did leave on Sunday thecoffee shop was open. How ironic we did eat dinner at the bar that is provided there now the dinner that was there was excellent. The was top notch up to par. That was the best experience for the whole motel. Oh yeah in the elevators they do move fast so you don’t have to worry about waiting on an elevator for hours with as many floors as it is.

"10 out 10 DO NO GO"

This place is nasty, dirty. Not clean at all. Brown stains on the box spring covers. Pee/poop stain on the outside of the toilet. Some kind of substance running down the lamp shade. AC didn’t work in the first room we were given. The 2nd room, it barely worked. Had to ask for housekeeping and when they came, gave is 2 towels for 4 people. Not towel set, just 2 towels. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. There are no fridges in the rooms, no microwaves. Breakfast is available but not included.
