"Friendly staff?"

It doesn’t hurt to smile a little bit. The front desk staff I’m not saying all but most young ones were extremely rude, all my fiancée asked was if there was the possibility of an early check in and the response of one of the staff members was “Well check in hours are at 4 not sure what to tell you” and went back to joke around her coworkers. Not sure what “friendly staff” people often talks about. Rooms are great, atmosphere is nice, tho unfortunately not so friendly staff
