What are the requirements to go on tour?

Minimum weight is 100lbs and maximum weight of 260lbs. Riders must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or anything that may impair balance. Guests should be prepared to stand for the length of the tour. Guests should be able to shift their weight from side-to-side while bending their knees and hips.

What is included in the package?

Guests will receive a Segway®, a training & product orientation, an orientation checklist, and a helmet. Guests will have to sign a liability waver before leaving the premise with their transport.

Can a tour exceed 12 people?

They cap their tours at 12 participants for maximum enjoyment but, just let them know by phone or email if your group is larger than 12 people. They have a partnership with another tour company so chances are, they can accommodate.

Is this tour suitable for children?

Yes. For the safety of their customers (group tours) and the protection of their staff, the minimum age for participation is 12 years of age. Training is provided to all persons and passing a skills test is required. A parent or legal guardian must sign a waiver for their child. It is up to the discretion of the Tour Guide to deem a complete understanding of the operating procedures by every participant.

What should I wear?

Wear weather appropriate clothes for this.

Can I reschedule the tour due to inclement weather?

Texas weather can change in a heartbeat so please stay tuned on the day of your scheduled event. They will provide a 2 hour notification of delays, rebooking or cancellations due to inclement weather.

How much is the standard tipping?

$10 per person is the standard recommendation.

Can I take photos from the Segway?

For your safety, please refrain from taking photos or video while operating a Segway. Your tour guide will take photos of your group and airdrop, text, email or share them with you on social media. Is this tour suitable for kids?
