I'm at the Austin Hilton Garden Downtown. The place is non-functional, an insult to Hilton. Phones don't work and neither does the Wifi.. Only 1 elevator working. Called front desk from my cell phone and asked for room service. Was told she could transfer me to the restaurant but would have to pick up on my own. She did transfer -- and I got voicemail. I visited the pantry next to the front desk and it looked like grocery aisles before a storm, had half the goods, and little variety, that it usually does. I asked the front desk for the manager, and was told, "There isn't one."
