"Perfect stay"

Valet staff was exceptional! Very attentive and service was fast. Thank you so much. The hotel was clean and the that fact that we were right off the frontage was even better.

"Avoid this hotel"

Don’t stay here. First issue we showed up with 6 people in a SUV with all the bags you could imagine for 3 families and 6 people. Valet says they don’t have luggage carts so we hoof all our stuff to our rooms. Next, on Saturday we try to get our 5 yr old lunch to be told their restaurant was booked by a private party we can go to the pantry which is just candy. The person at the front seat suggested a gas station. Also, they give zero notice to closing off their food options until we called. I am a loyal Hilton Diamond loyalist but this Hilton property is a must avoid.

The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, especially the receptionist who was very helpful with directions even though she looked new she asked if there was anything else she could help me with. She also noticed my hands were full with luggage, she assisted me with the luggage cart. The valet Ebrima was very efficient took him less than 5 minutes to bring down my vehicle, I made it on time to my interview, & that helped me get the job. Valet made my stay great!

Front desk long hair was very helpful she asked how my stay was it was a quick check out. Ebrima helped me with recommendations for coffee shop near the hotel and places to visit Austin. He is the employee every job needs with a smile and willing to help. I appreciate his help.
