Nice property, friendly staff. Close to Universal Studios, you can just Uber there. Close to restaurants where you can walk to some if you’d like. The room was clean, free from any type of strong weird odors which I greatly appreciated! The room was spacious as well which was so nice! The bed was comfy and felt so clean, I didn’t feel afraid to get under the covers like I do in other places we’ve stayed. Only complaint was breakfast and it’s not really a complaint but more of a recommendation. While it was nice to have a hot breakfast of waffles, egg and sausage, it would have been nice to have some fruit and maybe yogurt. There was also cereal, toast, mini bagels and donut holes, juice and also coffee. It was still sufficient and better than nothing! Overall I would recommend this hotel and would also stay again if I’m ever in the area.

A nice simple adequate and cheap hotel, nothing fancy at all. Comfortable. Needs more light in rooms, better bathroom amenities, more comfortable pillows, and a better quality breakfast. All I all I would stay here again. 4 stars in comparison to other similar cheap hotels.

The room smelled wet and moldy when we walked in the baseboards were falling off the wall. There were obvious signs of water leaks with band aid repairs. Not the closest hotel to universal either the name is very misleading. Will not stay here next time. Double tree is closer and ALOT nicer for around the same price
