Are there restrictions on activities? TopJump welcomes people of all ages and physical abilities. Jumpers will be separated by age/size, and all jumpers must be able to follow our rules. Jumpers under 42" must be watched by a parent or guardian, and jumpers may not exceed 285 lbs. In addition, Clip ’n Climb welcomes people of all physical abilities above the age of 4 and 30 pounds. Climbers may not exceed 330 lbs. Everyone must be able to follow TopJump's rules.
Do I need special socks or footwear for the activities? Jumpers: To maintain a clean and safe environment, all jumpers must wear rubber bottomed socks. Jump socks are available on-site for an additional fee, or you may bring your own.
Climbers: All climbers must wear closed-toe and closed-heel shoes. Closed-toe shoes are available on-site for rent.
Is there a place to keep my stuff? Complimentary cubbies are provided. Lockers are also available for rent if you would like to secure your items.
Can I jump and climb with my family members and friends?Jumpers: Jumpers are separated by age and size to avoid injuries. TopJump reserves the right to move jumpers to different areas of the park for their safety.
Climbers: All climbers will be in the same area together throughout their climb time.
Do I need to sign a waiver? Yes! Every jumper must have a waiver on file. If you are under 18, you must have your parent, legal guardian, or power of attorney fill out the waiver for you. The single waiver works for jumping or climbing.
What safety measures are in place for those jumping and climbing at the park?To ensure safety of jumpers and climbers, TopJump's attentive staff members watch every activity to ensure the safety of participants.
Jumpers must:
- Empty all items from your pockets.
- Attend Safety Briefing before jumping.
- Adhere to Patron Responsibility listed below Secure glasses.
- Wear TopSocks or other rubber bottomed socks.
- Stay in control Jump within their abilities; master basic skills before moving onto more advanced tricks or flips.
- Perform at their own risk: Flips and other tricks can be dangerous. Be aware of others around them.
- Stay at least an arm's length away from all other jumpers.
- Jump with people of similar age and size.
- Follow all safety instructions as directed by TopJump staff.
- Be watched by a parent if under 42".
Climbers must:
- Empty all items from pockets.
- Attend Safety Briefing before climbing.
- Adhere to Patron Responsibility listed below.
- Have harness checked by staff before climbing.
- Be clipped to the safety line before climbing.
- Wear a helmet as instructed by staff.
- Follow all safety instructions as directed by TopJump staff.
- Be above the age of 4 and 30 pounds.
- Secure glasses.
- Tie back long hair.
