Approximately 2.4 miles drive from Dollywood and Dollywood's Splash Country, this all-suite property offers accommodations that suit your vacation needs. The hotel features a seasonal outdoor pool, complimentary hot breakfast, free parking, a game room, laundry facilities, and rooms with kitchenettes. Each kitchenette offers refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and dishwashers.

For guests going to Dollywood, a trolley stop is at the entrance to the KOA campground right beside All Season Suites.

Parking: Free self-parking is available to registered hotel guests.

Pet Policy: All Season Suites is now pet-friendly. There are a select number of pet-friendly rooms available. Please note that the pet fee is $25 per night (2 dogs maximum and a 60 lb limit) and is non-refundable. Service animals are welcome. The location is great. The price is right for everything you get. You get a small apartment for the price of a hotel room. We have stayed here twice and will be back.

I've stayed here many times. It is a great place to stay and the employees are very friendly and professional. I usually get the two room suite which has two bathrooms which is SUPER appreciated.

"Not a good experience. Charged me $250 for. $30 mirror that we didn’t damage."

It was a pretty basic room but when we arrived there was some fried up blood on the sheets. I went to the front to let them know and they gave me new sheets. Then when we left after our 3 day stay I left a message that a mirror was broken and I am being charged $250 for like a $30 mirror that we didn’t even touch. Not happy with this because we only went to shower and sleep those 3 days. Very likely this mirror crack was already there. And the two housekeepers were very unprofessional and loud while they cleaned the room across the hall. Not friendly, didn’t acknowledge us. We travel a lot and are very simple and don’t expect too much but this was not a good experience at all. Manager not helpful.

"Not for me"

Upon entering it looks dark and gloomy, everything looks old, outdated yellow fridge, old coffee machine, the sink and bathroom were all scratched up. Didn't feel safe on the first floor, especially with a big window in the bedroom. Pull out couch was uncomfortable, I felt itchy the entire night. I couldn't sleep, the locked closet that had the water tank or heater or something was so extremely loud in the middle of the night. For it being in the center of the attractions on Dollywood lane, I expected better. I couldn't wait to get out of there, checked out before 7am and got breakfast elsewhere.

Good experience. Would stay again. Close to Dollywood for my event. Bit of trouble getting out of parking lot, but light helped.
