Where is the meeting located?
Tour departs from Doc Holliday’s Bar, located at: 112 2nd Ave North, Nashville. You will see a tall red flag that says “Nashville Tractor Checkin”.
Please note: you MUST arrive at least 30 mins early for check-in, and the waiver must be signed before boarding.
Is the tour appropriate for children?
No, all guests must be 21+ and have a valid ID.
Can I bring my camera?
Yes, great photo opportunities!
How long is the tour?
The tour is approximately 75 minutes including loading and unloading.
Can we bring our own drinks?
Nashville Tractor no longer sells alcoholic beverages onboard. For your convenience, they have a full selection of beer, seltzers and other drinks that you can purchase from their partner bar, Doc Holidays Saloon. They will have ice and buckets available for you to use. The buckets attach to the railing of the wagon for easy access. You may also bring a small cooler with you!
Are drinks included in the ticket price?
Drinks are not included in the ticket price.
Should I tip the driver and bartender?
Drivers and bartenders work hard to ensure your experience is above par. Each one works for and appreciates tips. The customary tip is 20%.
How many people can ride?
The tour can accommodate up to 30 people on their Bocephus wagon, and up to 35 people on their Our Size Matters wagon.
Are there any stops during the tour?
This is a non-stop party tour. The tour will not make any stops along the way.
What is your weather policy?
The tour rolls rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather, the operator may choose to cancel the tour, in which case the customer receives a full refund. If your party chooses not to ride based on weather conditions, you will not receive a refund.
Is the waiver required to ride the Tractor?
Yes, Nashville Tractor requires every passenger to sign the waiver before boarding.
Do I have to bring an I.D.?
Yes, you MUST bring your government-issued I.D.
Are there restrooms onboard?
No.
Does this tour come with narration like a sightseeing tour?
This is a farm party that keeps the music rocking and the drinks flowing. Yes, you see the sights as you travel the town but this is NOT a narrated sightseeing tour.
What if I am pregnant?
They highly suggest that you arrive extra early and get on the wagon early to locate a seat, but please keep in mind they cannot guarantee a particular place on the wagon.
Are there any additional charges that I my acquire while riding on The Nashville Tractor?
Nashville Tractor reserves the right to bill your payment method for any damage caused by you or your party to our equipment. In addition, you may be responsible for a cleaning fee in the amount of no less than seventy-five dollars in the event of excessive trash and/or bodily fluids!
