"Perfect Location for Nashville."

You can't get a better location to visit Music Row, the Ryman or Bridgestone Arena. Hotel is magnificent with an atrium to the 10th floor. We had a corner suite with a view of lower Broadway. We were there for a concert at the Ryman and it was a quick 5-minute walk. Executive Lounge was well stocked and large, it even had a fireplace. We would definitely stay there again.

Had a reservation and could not attend. I reached out to speak with a supervisor or manager but Cheyerlynne insist that I speak with her and to my surprise, MADE IT RIGHT! Thank you for taking ownership and not passing my request on to someone else but handling it right away. You are truly showing the "warmth and light of hospitality" :) Side note: Simone was stellar, too!

"Unacceptable Valet Service and Dismissive Management"
TripAdvisor user rating 1 out of 5
Reviewed December 13, 2025 NEW
After an event, while attempting to exit the parking garage, a valet worker flew around our vehicle and nearly struck the driver’s side front end. He then backed up to maneuver around a concrete pole and almost hit us again. There was so little space between our vehicles that I am not sure an ant could have fit between them. I honked my horn and threw my hands up in disbelief. At that point, another valet worker, a young white male wearing a toboggan, jumped out of a large GMC SUV and began screaming and cussing me out for blowing my horn. He aggressively yelled that he was valet and claimed his coworker had a backup camera and “wasn’t about to f***ing hit” my vehicle, despite the fact that he very clearly almost did. This incident was witnessed by multiple people in the garage. Being screamed at and cursed by a hotel employee simply for trying to exit a parking garage is completely unacceptable, especially as a woman in that situation. I immediately called the hotel to speak with a manager. The response was just as disappointing. The manager was dismissive, unsympathetic, and sounded outright hostile. He questioned my account and stated that without a video or photo, he “couldn’t do anything,” despite the fact that I described the individual, the exact vehicle, and noted that the vehicle was still actively pulling out of the valet area. All he had to do was look out the hotel window. Only after I continued expressing how unacceptable this behavior was did the manager finally admit it was bad customer service and say he would handle it. Unfortunately, his response felt less like genuine accountability and more like something said to simply get me off the phone. There was no apology, no urgency, and no concern for safety, just indifference. I work in customer service myself and am not someone who complains lightly. However, no employee representing a major hotel brand should ever find it acceptable to scream and curse at a guest because a coworker nearly caused an accident. If your valet operation cannot safely coexist with self-parking guests, then don’t allow public parking. And if you’re going to charge $55 to park, the bare minimum expectation is safety and respect. The valet behavior was dangerous. Management’s response was pathetic. I would absolutely not recommend parking here much less staying at this hotel. When management treats safety like an inconvenience and only acknowledges a problem to make a complaint go away, they deserve exactly the reputation that follows.

"Hotel for a Hockey Experience"
TripAdvisor user rating 4 out of 5
Reviewed December 12, 2025 NEW
This hotel is a great location for a hockey game or if you want to visit South Broadway. The restaurants are pricey as expected. There is an executive lounge but no longer serve breakfast. Serves very light snacks in the evening. We were able to check in early which was nice. Our room was good, AC worked well. Bathroom was large.
