What are the hours of operation?
SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is open Wednesday and Thursday from 1 PM to 9 PM, Friday and Saturday from 9 AM to 11 PM, and Sunday 10 AM to 8 PM. Doors close one hour prior to closing time. Operating hours are subject to change.
Is parking provided? If so, what is the fee?
Nearby parking garages for private vehicles are available in the area for an additional charge. Rates, hours, and space availability may vary.
What should I wear?
Guests are required to wear a shirt and shoes at all times while on the premises. Offensive or threatening language and messaging on apparel are not permitted. Due to the nature of the space and the presence of reflective and transparent flooring materials, we recommend wearing pants, shorts, or tights to enjoy the full SUMMIT experience. For guests uncomfortable walking on reflective surfaces, we do offer a non-reflective privacy path throughout the space.
Where is it located?
SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is located on the top floors of One Vanderbilt, New York City’s most exciting new skyscraper in Midtown Manhattan. Entry to SUMMIT is through the main concourse of Grand Central Terminal, easily accessible by car, MTA subway, bus, and LIRR/Metro-North commuter rail. Address: 45 E 42nd St, New York, NY 10017. The entrance is located on the Main Concourse of Grand Central Terminal.
Is the attraction wheelchair accessible?
Every level of the space is fully accessible to guests using mobility devices. While guests are encouraged to bring their own, a limited number of wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Can I bring my camera?
Guests are welcome to take photos with personal, handheld devices, however, professional photography equipment is not permitted. Professional photos of your visit are also available for on-site purchase through our photography partners located throughout the space.
How long is the tour?
SUMMIT One Vanderbilt is so much more than a great view. They recommend allowing two to three hours to enjoy all offerings and experiences.
Can I bring my pet?
While SUMMIT One Vanderbuit welcome service animals and service animals in training, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted on the premises for the safety and well-being of all guests.
Are there public restrooms available?
Restrooms are not accessible until reaching the first upper floor of the experience, about 15 minutes into your visit. Please plan accordingly.
