I had such a wonderful experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square Central! From the moment we arrived, Michelle went above and beyond to make our stay special. She welcomed us with such kindness and even checked us in early, which made all the difference since we were celebrating my daughter Bellah’s birthday. Michelle made sure Bellah was comfortable and settled in with her snacks right away, and throughout our stay she was so polite, thoughtful, and genuinely concerned about making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and in the perfect location, but Michelle’s generosity and care really made it unforgettable for us. Thank you, Michelle, and the Hilton Garden Inn team, for helping make Bellah’s birthday so special!
