I had an excellent stay thanks to the warm and attentive welcome from Ibeth and Ariel. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel truly taken care of — friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to great hospitality. Their attitude set the tone for a stay that felt comfortable and well-supported. What impressed me most was how consistently kind and helpful they were. Ibeth, in particular, was incredibly friendly and made every interaction feel personal and sincere. They both represent what great guest service should be. This experience was a night-and-day difference compared to another DoubleTree by Hilton I stayed at recently, where the service was rude, inattentive, and the property noticeably unclean. Coming here felt like a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend this hotel thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ibeth and Ariel. They are the reason I would happily return.

Exceptional Service from Ibeth and Ariel! I had an amazing experience at the hotel thanks to the outstanding service provided by Ibeth and Ariel at the front desk. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their professionalism and warm attitude truly made a difference during my stay. They are, without a doubt, two of the best receptionists I’ve ever met. Their excellent customer service set the tone for a wonderful visit, and I genuinely appreciated their attention and friendliness. Our stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to the incredible staff and their attention to detail. From the moment we arrived, Ibeth at the front desk greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel right at home. She handled our check-in flawlessly and with a smile. I also want to express my appreciation for Ms. Boyd, the hotel manager, whose outstanding leadership is reflected through in every aspect of the hotel. They both made my daughter's birthday extra special! Our room was spotless and comfortable - amazing view to the ball drop, the amenities were excellent, and every staff member we encountered was courteous and welcoming. Thanks to Ibeth and Ms. Boyd, this wasn’t just a great stay—it was a memorable one. Also, the location of the hotel is ideal and safe! We enjoyed walking around Time Square (tons of shopping and restaurants), going to broadway shows, walking to Bryant Park and taking the subway - all within walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning!
