The hotel has a perfect location for an NYC tour, room was fantastic and the service was the best I have ever got to handle a mishap we had with the order. While we ordered several nights with 2 queen beds from AirBnB, AirBnB made some mistake and ordered one less night and only a single bed. While dealing with AirBnB was a nightmare and I had to go through a very tedious and long ordeal through them to be compensated on their own wrong doing - the amazing Ibeth from Hilton’s reception handled our crisis with an astonishing professionalism along the hotel manager waiting to see everything is being taking care of nicely. Hilton were very generous and fair with us and they made sure we had a great stay even though they actually had nothing to do with AirBnB’s failure. Very highly recommended! I will definitely return and recommend anyone I know to stay here.

The front desk agent MICHELLE is the best! She saved the day for my husband and I Most kindness hotel desk agent we have ever experienced in our hotel stays . She’s a keeper for your hotel… she made us feel so welcomed and less stress of our travels!!! We definitely will stay here again because of her!! She needs to be compensated for her hospitality!! I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in New York! The hotel itself is in a great location with amazing views, clean rooms, and excellent amenities. But what made the experience truly special was the outstanding service from the front desk staff, especially Ibeth. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming—always ready to help with a smile. Her warm attitude made me feel right at home. Thank you, Ibeth, for making my trip even more memorable!

We were sightseeing and visiting with friends in Manhattan and the location for this hotel was ideal. Positives: + Location was great. It was very easy to catch public transportation, and also tons of walkable restaurants, Broadway shows, etc. It was fun to be able to pop downstairs to see the Times Square 11:57pm video art installation and then easily head back to our room. + The gym/fitness center was pretty good. Reasonably size for the hotel, equipment in pretty good condition. + With all of the bustling neighborhood, we worried that the hotel room would be noisy, but it was quiet. + The room was clean and the furnishings were in good condition. Negatives: - The bathroom had no fan to remove humidity or bathroom smells. And the hot water in the shower was slow to heat up. - The destination fee is pretty high, and the supposed perk of being able to use laundry is basically impossible to take advantage of for free because of the service’s minimum charge and the delivery fee. So don’t expect to get any value there.
