Literally on Times Square; this was the perfect location. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and attentive. We had an air conditioning flood in our room and they were so quick to offer a change of room and compensate by means of wavering the nightly charge. Cases were stored for us on arrival and before we left before and after check in/out. Rooms could benefit from a little upgrade and repairs to curtains (in some areas) which don't clip into the hooks. Coffee making facilities would have been great too! A taxi was booked for us for the start of our journey home. Staff were just so attentive and helpful. Overall, we were impressed and pleased with our booking.

Overall I had a great experience. Room was spacious, and a great view. Room was clean and tidy and had no issues with any of the staff during my stay. I think a few points for improvement - communicate to third party booking agents / websites the nightly $100 fee. This wasn’t advertised when I booked on bookings.com and was a bit of a surprise when we got there. The hotel, minus the checking desk, is dated and requires some TLC in areas. The hotel is in a perfect spot for tourism, a minute walk from Times Square and food spots all over the place however it would have been nice for there to have been a working bar in the hotel for just a chilled out drink. It also wasn’t advertised that this was closed. You definitely pay for the location more than the hotel amenities however overall I’d happily come back.

We travel a lot and I was extremely impressed with Jenny’s customer service. She made us feel at home and treated us with the highest grade of professionalism. We will come back to stay at this hotel just because of her. Every Hotel should have at least one Jenny ! What an amazing people person she is ! We truly enjoyed our experience and stay at The Millennium Hotel NYC 💙 can’t wait to comeback !
