"Relying on their location for business"

The room was clean and had a great view of time square. The down sides were the staff attitudes were hit or miss. My friend spent 2x what I did for an upgraded suite that was supposed to have extra amenities. The extra amenities did not match the pictures. They shut off the air conditioner for the winter and the rooms wouldn’t cool below 75 degrees even at night. We would shut off the heater every morning, set the do not disturb when we left for the day. And the heater would be back on when we got back. For the amount spent, this place wasn’t worth the headache.

"Rude and Unhelpful Manager — Avoid Sunil"

I had a flight early the next morning and urgently needed a package that had already arrived. The item was literally behind the desk, yet Sunil refused to hand it over, refused to check, refused to call anyone, and was blatantly rude. He told me to “wait until morning” knowing I would already be at the airport. Zero effort, zero courtesy — disgraceful service for a hotel of this standard.

The hotel wasn’t the newest facility in NYC. However the location is really great. The staff was really nice without the exception. The most helpful and nice was for sure Sunil who was very professional and made our experience in New York even nicer!

"Highly recommend"

Great location - perfect for our Broadway theatre trip to New York. Room was a decent size for New York. Plenty of room for two suitcases on the floor and enough bench space for two teen girls to primp and preen 😏 The beds were super comfortable and the concierge friendly. We got a ball drop view room. Yes, you can see the ball. There’s buildings in the way, though. Highly recommend. If we ever have enough money to go back to NYC, we’d definitely stay there again.

"Maintenance guys are the BEST"

Well, we had an issue with our faucet and Wilson & Rafael (evening maintenance) came to our rescue! All the staff were attentive, however these 2 wonderful gentlemen went above and beyond for us - even suggesting we change our room. No need as we managed the 1 night and the next day - we got a new faucet and all was restored! We can’t thank them enough. In a world where customer service is difficult at best at times - these 2 - kind, considerate & very helpful - employees truly went above and beyond! THANK YOU Wilson & Rafael!
