Solterra Resort Orlando by Global Vacation Rentals in Davenport, FL

Our stay at Solterra Resort was absolutely fantastic! The community is beautiful, peaceful, and perfectly maintained. The resort amenities — especially the lazy river, pool, and clubhouse — were a huge hit with everyone in our group. It truly felt like a private oasis just minutes away from all the Orlando attractions. Our rental home was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gated community made us feel very safe, and the staff at the gate and clubhouse were always friendly and helpful. We loved how convenient the location was — close to Disney, shopping, and great restaurants — but far enough to enjoy some quiet relaxation after busy park days. I highly recommend Solterra Resort to anyone visiting Orlando. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, it’s the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and fun. We can’t wait to come back!

Very concerned when we had our bags searched going into the pool complex including my 3.5 grand-son. Also my grand-son and some friends he met in the pool played with a small skimming ball. The Guard coming running across and shouted at them NO BALLS ALLOWED small kids on holiday- come on. I used to own property in Solterra and was looking forward to coming back. Afthis no more!!!

Wonderful stay!! Pool and lazy river is fabulous. Differently will be staying here again. Resort is very clean and safe.

Had a great time enjoying the resort amenities. Fun was good. Drinks were not bad. Area was well cleaned. Team member Melanie was enthusiastic and lively behind the microphone and kept the atmosphere fun!

Lovely house and nice facilities at the central resort area, these are the only positives. Noise during the day and night from neighbouring properties is dreadful they appear to be competing for the loudest volume and heaviest base. Not relaxing by the pool at all especially when the song lyrics are disgusting so we had to take our 7 year old granddaughter inside. Our first night the property at the rear had a party with a Du that went on until 3.30am and then the screaming and swearing continued until 5am. Our neighbours on one side for13 of our 14 nights were contractors and each evening 4 large pickup trucks would arrive and then the music would start and the air would be filled with the smell of weed. This is not a family resort just appears to be for large groups to party. Lastly access in to the gated community is very busy with long queues down the main road to get in, can be chaotic at times. We have been to Orlando on many many occasions but this has been our worst experience.
