Overview

Enjoy a taste of the South Pacific islands right in Myrtle Beach. Your night starts with a lei greeting by the talented luau dancers followed by a mouth-watering buffet with everything from Kalua pork to Shoyu chicken. As you watch the performance, you’ll be amazed by the daring fire dancers, historic dances, pounding drums, authentic attire, and of course, endless fun.

Good To Know

Doors open at 6:00 pm with a lei greeting.
Dine on a variety of island cuisine at the buffet.
The show is approximately 2 hours long and begins at 7:30 pm.
Free parking is available at Sharkey's. If this parking lot is full, there is another parking lot across the street for $5.
The luau is held inside, with the exception of the last 15 minutes of the performance.

Come join us as we take you on an unforgettable journey to the isles of the South Pacific: Polynesia, Tahiti, Samoa, Aotearoa, Tonga, and our very own Hawaii Nei.

As you are greeted with a lei by our lovely dancers, you will instantly become an infinite member of the “SHARKEY’S LUAU” MYRTLE BEACH OHANA (family).

The haunting echo of the conch shell and the exhilarating beat of our native drums marks the beginning of your memorable fun-filled evening in paradise.

Our Samoan Chief will thrill you with his dance of the nifo oti, FIRE KNIFE! Skilled with twirling these sharped edged knives, the added danger of the FIRE will leave you breathless and equally amazed!

Everyone becomes an integral part of our nightly festivities. Just sit back and enjoy the beauty and sounds of POLYNESIA!

"Sharkey's Luau"

During our family vacation we went to the luau for the first time. It was enjoyable. All of us had a nice time. The four person show was incredible. They Interacted with the audience and the music was good. The food was not so good and it's pricey. Probably won't go back.

"Great entertainment-food was lacking"

The show was excellent. We had a Family Reunion going on and it was great. We got to do the hula onstage and afterwards took photos with the dancers. I highly recommend the show but not the dinner. The so called buffet was lacking in selection. The food was not warm and the flies were swarming over the food. Definite turn off. Getting reservations made was a headache. Ms. Atwinda tried her best to work with the group but sometimes communication was lacking. Some of the credit cards didn't go through and we were not notified of this until we called because we never received a email confirmation. And I did not receive my AAA discount.
