Requested Extra Towels Monday PM.. front desk said " The security will delivery" till next early Tuesday AM called again … took 2-3 Hrs. No Microwave in the room. It's not convenience to heat your food at the end of the Hall. 3 Kids (6, 12, 14) doesn't fit in a bed … nothing to accommodate. one of my kid neck got stiff due to uncomfortable sleepy...1 have to end up sleeping on the floor.

The hotel was beautiful. Beautiful room, modern amenities, great room service, and fabulous fitness area (my husband loved it!). My gripe was with the fact that the room was not handicap accessible, per my request. That was a major bump in our enjoyment. The hotel could not move us to another room. :-(
