Ken, was a great tour person. He was very educated with providing history of Hawaiian island, the history of the Polynesian's, and many other locations we attended. He was also pretty funny, and he engaged the riders. He did a great job.

We were picked on time at 1:55 pm from our hotel to see the sunset on small bus and we were been told that we need to change the bus at a particular place as it will be a bigger bus that will take you for tour. We reached the place where we were supposed to change the bus at 2:45. We were been told that the bus will come by 3 pm . Then we were been told the bus is late by 15 minutes. We as a family of four with two kids one under 3 and one 9. It was 3:30 but no communication and no bus still arrived. We tried calling the company and they were super rude specially the manager. Finally the bus arrived at 4. So we waited so long but there was no courtesy of the company to notify. Waste of time and money with this company and the customer service is worst
