"Loud vibration and buzz noise in the hotel room next to the mechanical room"

We got our hotel room and then realized that the room was right next to the mechanical room. The loud buzz and vibration in the room is unbearable, let alone to sleep in that room for the night. We were stuck with that room because the hotel is full. In my opinion, they should not have used that room as a guest room. The room number is 232, don’t book that room!

The resort has been updated and its traveler perfect. Not a downtown 5 star but to meet up with family before a cruise its perfect. Has a laundry a pool and its close to shopping and eats.

It is a 3 star hotel, average, no frills. Rooms were very clean, hotel staff was great, shout out to both Madison and Gigi. The weekend was a zoo. I thought it was a Carnival Cruise with the DJ, kids and alcohol around the pool. Added bonus was homecoming at the Resort. Monday was a chill day so you could enjoy the pool. If you want to relax, book weekdays, Monday-Thursday.
