Una was exceptionally beyond welcoming as soon as we arrived, such a sweet smile and made sure all our requests were met! Can't beat a Texas smile with a great personality. Give her a promotion!!! Great entertainment by the pool, PJ was very attentive at the outdoor bar, wish was open later. Tracy needs a lil PR inside though!
