Terrible hotel avoid at all costs!! We stayed here with our 2 children for 2 nights, hotel was so noisy with loud music from multiple rooms so we couldn’t sleep. Got moved to a cheaper room at 11pm. No compensation as booked through booking.com who is a 3rd party. Terrible staff at desk and arrogant manager Ricardo who couldn’t care less. Avoid and use another hotel. More like a party hotel!

Fabulous location and great hotel right by the lakeside. A short walk to Union Station and trams (Streetcars) pass the door. Very close to the CN tower ferries across to Toronto Island Rooms are very spacious and well equipped. Room booking didn't come with Breakfast so didn't sample the in house offering. The hotel also has a pool.

An issue on arrival meant that the hotel were going to move us to a different hotel. By itself that is not such a bad thing - but the other hotel was the better part of 2 miles away in the city centre. This was my last night in Toronto and I specifically wanted a harbourfront property. With some discussion, the lovely Nabina was able to accommodate us and I am very grateful. The property itself is starting to show some signs of wear and tear, but it is well located on the beautiful harbour front with some lovely lake and city views.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel for one night with my wife, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. A special thanks to Manager Ruhi—she is such a wonderful woman and made our stay extra special. The lake view from our room was absolutely stunning, and the highlight of the hotel for me was definitely the pool. The service at the pool was excellent—Raju, who assisted us there, was incredibly kind and recommended some delicious food. I’d also like to thank Harish, the Food & Beverage Manager, for his excellent hospitality. Breakfast was a treat—we had the Eggs Benedict and the Canadian breakfast, and both were fantastic. A big shoutout to Harry, our breakfast server, who was so nice and attentive. Everything about our stay was just perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I’m already looking forward to coming back again in August. Thank you to the entire wonderful staff!

This is a very nice hotel in every way, but be aware that it is next door to a night club that plays music loudly until the small hours of the morning, at least, in our experience, on Thursday and Friday nights during the summer. That makes it difficult to get to sleep and to maintain sleep. Wednesday was quiet. I'm not sure what it's like on other nights of the week or during different seasons. If you do stay there, try asking for a room that overlooks the pool. That might protect you from the noise.
