Amazing location right on the water and being walkable to Roger’s Center among many other things . Staff was very polite and helpful. Rooms are average in my opinion - nothing special . You’re paying a lot of money for the location, but great stay overall. Our room had a street view - which could get a bit noisy. If I were to stay again I would stay on the waterfront side.

We stayed here one night when going to the CNE. I specifically asked for a room not near an elevator and where the does the guy put me? Two doors away from an elevator! I asked to switch the room which he did. We were exhausted from walking the CNE all day and wanted to relax. What do we hear about 8pm, loud music coming from outside!! This was on a Sunday night!! I called the front desk and they said it goes until 10:30. I will not stay here again. Location is good for people exploring Toronto, but it's noisy with the loud music at night.

I have been to Toronto twice and stayed at Radisson Blu downtown both times. I won’t stay anywhere else if and when I go back to Toronto. It was extremely clean and quiet, the staff was friendly and helpful, it was truly a home away from home. Both times I got helpful tips on the best way to get to my destinations around the city. It is in a very convenient location- 10 minute walk or less to ripley’s aquarium and CN Tower, Roger’s Center, has a beautiful view from the rooftop pool and there is a cafe in the lobby that serves delicious food, treats, and coffee. I was delighted with my stay both times, couldn’t be more pleased!

We had an incredible experience. Our room was on the corner so we had an excellent full view of the water, there was so much action between the planes landing, kayakers, boats, cop boats buzzing around. We loved it. Very relaxing day by the pool enjoying delicious bites and cocktails. We really enjoyed the Paloma made with Espolon tequila. Service was excellent as well. We only live 10 mins drive away but it felt like we were in a different city, which we loved. Highly recommend

This hotel has the best location along the waterfront. Very walkable with beautiful trails and places to sit. Restaurants are everywhere. However, the best in the hotel, is both the staff and service. The cafe is awesome, the pool has an incredible location and our room was very comfortable and clean! We had excellent prompt service from the staff for getting a new remote and more chamomile tea! This is our first time here and we will definitely return!
