Description

From beginning to end, the action is non-stop as the kids are transformed into a Pirate Crew. Everyone gets a pirate name and learns how to talk like a pirate before you even start searching for treasure on the Hilton Head Pirate Cruise!

The first fifteen minutes are spent on the dock getting the little pirates ready and teaching them how to talk like a real pirate crew. Once the crew is ready, you board the ship and head out on the Calibogue Sound.

Please prepare for the weather. If the sun is out, load up on sunblock and bring some water. If it's cloudy, consider a light rain jacket, the boat will still sail in a light drizzle. You're pirates, after all.

Very enjoyable for us all. The crew gave a very emotional and entertaining performance. Stinky Pete was a great and all of the kids were very excited to shoot the water guns. Overall great time for all.

From the ship mates, to the captain, to Sneaky Pete, the staff were just wonderful! They totally engaged with the children, made sure safety was the main concern, and totally could relate to the ages of all the children involved. Such a fun event for all of us!

My husband & I took our 2 year old son. He was a little young however, he understood the purpose of the excursion. Even though he wanted to sit with us rather than the older children, the staff ensured he was still apart of the experience. 100/10 & we plan to make this a yearly adventure!

This adventure was worth every penny! I don’t know where they found the pirates they did, but they were AMAZING! They were friendly, bubbly, funny and kind from the second we saw them. We made a mistake and walked down the ramp thinking that was how we got on the boat and sunny and skulls met us with huge smiles and their bubbly personality to help us find the check in booth. I was truly amazed with how animated and patient they were the entire time!

My kids (6 and 4) had such a great time! From the face paint to the water cannons! Very family friendly! Get all the extra add ons, you will end up getting everything because your kids will love it so much! So worth it!

A fun activity with the family. The crew members have a lot of energy and make the trip really fun. Our kids enjoyed getting their pirate hats, eye patches, signed flag, tattoos and face painting. Well worth it paying for these things ahead-it made things easy for me as a mom & my boys enjoyed having them to really participate as a pirate. Right from the start the crew initiates the kids into being a true pirate from the creative names they give the kids, to the pirate oath. The crew also did a great job involving the parents into the whole experience. I highly recommend the experience.

Is parking provided?

Parking is available right next to the boat. However, it can be crowded at times. Leave plenty of extra time to park your car and get to us for names and tattoos! There is a $9 per car charge to enter Sea Pines.

What should I bring?

Sunblock and camera are a must.

What should I wear?

Dress appropriately for the weather. Children won't get wet, so bathing suits aren’t needed.

What happens if the weather gets bad?

The cruise will sail in a light drizzle, but anything more, and we’ll cancel the trip. Regardless of the weather where you are, don’t assume the trip is canceled. The captain reserves the right to cancel any trip for any reason. If the trip cancels, you will be issued a refund. The crew memebers will always make every attempt to contact you ahead of time in the event of a cancellation.

How long is the tour?

The tour is approximately 1.5 hours long.

Can I bring my camera?

Absolutely! It is encouraged and even gives you a couple of great photo-ops during the trip.

Are there restrooms on the boat?

There is no restroom on the boat; please go ahead of time.
