Sarah was an absolute gem and really made my trip exceptional. I was having a bad day, but she brightened my day and made my trip the best experience I have had in a long time! When visiting Hilton Head, the resort experience was what we were looking for, but it was not as upscale as I was expecting. The outside facilities were nice, but not luxe - poolside bar, plenty of pool chairs, close beach access. Too many trees and limited sun areas. Lobby, gift/coffee shop and public areas were very modern and a little more upscale. Our room, however, was very dated, worn and in need of general maintenance (vents dirty, burned out bulb, gel dispenser coming out of the wall, musty smell). I felt that they were doing the best they could without remodeling, but it looked like old Marriott furniture (which I think it was at one time). The thing about older hotels is that they are very soundproof which is great! But, for the price, I expected a little more than a quiet night and a great location (which it is!). I won't return unless a renovation is scheduled. There are many optionst hat may offer more value or ambiance for the premium price.

Very Dated hotel. We came on business for the 1st time and we are very disappointed. It started with our check in. We had 5 Bellman trying to help us however everyone was clueless and lacked communication between each other. They took our bags, and we choose to self park. I dropped the bags with the bell men, and I parked the car in 92 degree weather. Then came back to learn I have to walk back to my vehicle in the 92 degree heat to put my parking sticker on the SUV. We arrived at 3:15 and our room wasn’t ready, despite being a Hilton honors member. We waited until 3:50 and God bless our room was ready. The representative at the desk gave zero information about the pool and ocean. I informed her, we have never been at this hotel and she was annoyed to explain pool hours, rules, and cabana options. This Hotel lacks 100% leadership and lacks guest goals that Hilton expresses. This is the most disappointing Hilton conference/Hotel experience we have ever experienced. We will never come back and recommend no one should come to this Hilton property.

I enjoyed my stay due to the professionalism of the staff, room was clean,and the cleaning staff kept us supplied with what we needed. The desk personnel was very helpful in helping me to get on the internet. I even enjoyed the wedding celebration and the family reunion from our balcony. I would recommend this hotel to others. On a negative note, I ordered a cappuccino from down stairs and it was awful. It tasted like old, strong, and bitter coffee, not smooth, sweet, and creamy like a cappuccino. I ordered a 20 oz and it look like a 12 oz when I looked in the cup. Their should be a microwave in the rooms or at least on each floor. Also, the price of the drinks at the bar can be a little cheaper.

I attended the American Academy of Pediatrics meeting in Hilton Head in May. I traveled with family and we stayed a week at the Hilton Beachfront Resort. When we checked in on May 21, 2025, we had a few issues. The personnel at the front desk, Nicole and her manager Anais, were delightful and extremely helpful throughout our stay. They promptly resolved our problems at check-in and also during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation there. I attend this conference every year and Hilton has done a lot of improvements to the hotel.
