The Myrtle Beach SkyWheel is 200-feet above sea level. Take a flight overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk in one of our 42 climate controlled and fully enclosed gondolas.

Situated as a centerpiece of the 1.2 mile-long Oceanfront Boardwalk and Promenade, the SkyWheel is surrounded by some tasty eats, great shopping and the pristine sands of the Atlantic. When you’re done having your breath taken away by the view from your flight, browse the LandShark SurfShack and then grab a bite at the LandShark Bar & Grill.

The ride lasts approximately 12 minutes with 4 rotations of the wheel.

Children under the age of 2 get to ride free with an Angel Ticket. Must visit the box office upon arrival to receive angel ticket.

"A must do"
September 2019
The best wheel around the area, and it has some great views of the city! Be aware there are three wheels and this is the one downtown on the boardwalk! The best one there actually as the other two are at the carnival and another at a hotel. The line wasn’t to bad, we went at dark to see all the lights and they take pics before you get on and they turned out so cute that I bought the pkg. It wasn’t expensive ($20) and my kids loved having the pic of us. (We were kid less that week) I would take them in a second if they had been there, it is very kid friendly and an easy relaxing ride.

"On top of the world!"
January 2019
6 of us in a gondola, laughing at our fear of heights, toasty warm, worth every penny! A must do in Myrtle Beach! Thanks to reserve Myrtle Beach we saved money on our tickets making it affordable for our large family! I purchased the tickets while at the ride so the process was immediate and easy! The day was a little rainy but that's ok, from our private, cozy gondola we still had great views on the town below! In the eyes of my four children (7 years - 12 years), we were on top of the world! Could not get enough selfies! 5 revolutions around with the friendly staff waving at every turn, we would highly recommend this experience! We opted out of the $20 photo they took of us(which was great), but purchased a SkyWheel magnet in the adjoining shop to have as a keepsake! Don't miss the SkyWheel in Myrtle Beach! Now our goal is to hop aboard all these great SkyWheels, like Atlanta and Texas!!!

"Love Vacation"
January 2019
The Skywheel was a very nice treat for our Myrtle Beach vacation. We stayed December 15th through the 19th 2018 and this was a must on our list of enjoying the boardwalk. The tickets were affordable and the discount given by Reserve Myrtle Beach was a nice bonus. The customer service experience at the Skywheel was very nice with all of the Southern Charm. We visited during the day to enjoy the sun and walk on the beach. We will definitely have to return during the night to view the scenary with the stars.

Tip: Accessible affordable parking. We parked in the lot of the Skywheel & paid for 3 hours & still had money on the meter.

We went to the SkyWheel on a Monday afternoon. It was not busy at all, which was great because we didn’t have to wait in line for very long. The people working talked to us while we were waiting, all had great customer service skills and great personalities.
