The Motown’59 tribute show brings you hits from The Temptations, The Four Tops, the Jackson Five, and many other artists of the era. A live band and many talented vocalists will take you back in time for an experience you will never forget!

Description

The Asher Theatre is Myrtle Beach's newest venue to the entertainment scene. We're an upscale theatre that brings Vegas and New York city acts to the Grand Strand in a family-oriented, hip, cultural, and exciting theatre setting.

It's Opening Night of the Summer Jam Fest at The Asher Theatre and we're starting out with a very special Motown Tribute band. Come sing along and dance at Myrtle Beach’s newest Motown Tribute show - Featuring The D. Myers Band and accompanied by The Man of A Thousand Voices show. Hear the sounds of The Temptations, The Four Tops, Jackson Five, Supremes, and more. This foursome will be singing the songs that we all know and love including the hits and classics from the 60s-90s. Come to hear the sound that changed America and see Motown at its best at The Asher Theatre.

Also appearing is “The Man of a Thousand Voices” voted #1 show at Harrah’s Las Vegas. James Stephens III hails as one of the best impressionists in the world. You will be mesmerized with his spot-on impressions of Chris Rock, Kevin Hart or Lil Wayne to his killer impressions of Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr. or Randy Travis. This show is for all ages.

The show is located at the Asher Theatre and Conference Center. The address is 3237 Waccamaw Blvd. Myrtle Beach, SC 29579.  The Box Office is conveniently located at the right entrance way of The Asher Theatre.

Anything I should know about the seating arrangements? 
Asher Theatre has open seating for general admission tickets. Once in the theater, patrons may choose an available seat to enjoy the show. VIP ticket holders will be seated in designated seats. Latecomers and those who exit during the performance will be seated during opportune times at the discretion of the Asher staff.

Is this a family-friendly show? 
Yes, this show is great for all ages!

Can I bring a camera? 
Flash photography as well as the recording of any performance by camera, audio, or video recording equipment is strictly prohibited. You may take photos before and after the show.

Does the theater have parking? 
Yes, ample self-parking spaces are available for guests.

Is accessible seating offered?
Yes, the Asher Theatre has accessible seating, accessible entrances, accessible washrooms, accessible concession and merchandise counters, and parking. Please note your request in the “Have Special Needs?” section while making your reservation.
