"Wildly disappointing"

We visited the original Legoland in Denmark many years ago so this facsimile was a real disappointment. It is poorly organized, inadequately staffed and many of the interactive exhibits are broken. For a hefty admission fee they don’t even offer coat check. You can hang your things in an open cloakroom. There are Lego pieces everywhere but so much overstimulation that it’s not easy to actually build anything. And of course you exit through an enormous gift shop. The 6 and 7 year olds had a great time shooting at targets because they don’t get guns at home. But really, this is a subpar experience and an insult to Lego fans.

"Boring waste of money and time for a 7yo who loves LEGO"

LEGOLAND was terribly underwhelming and we will not return. We travelled from Ottawa to visit with my LEGO-obsessed 7y/o boy and it was a giant disappointment for him. The rides were very short and uninspired with zero thrill factor; the one with the guns did not even work properly. The displays were neat, but much smaller than we anticipated. Food was overpriced, undercooked and very poor quality. The only part of the entire place that held any interest for him were the ramps, where kids could build LEGO cars and race them against one another. The Ninjago climbing gym was fun for about 10 minutes, there are much bigger and more interesting / challenging climbing experiences elsewhere. I was hugely disappointed to find that there was no opportunity to try the robotic lego (Spike Prime), I fully expected that this innovative new LEGO would be on full display for older kids to try — this might have saved it for us, but it was nowhere to be seen. And be forewarned that you'll have to navigate through the biggest LEGO store you've ever seen on your way out, every parent's nightmare. I'm not one to leave negative reviews but this was a two thumbs down experience for us. If your kids are 4 or 5, maybe. But if you have a LEGO-loving kid who is 7 or 8, this will be a giant disappointment.

"Amazing! My boys love it"

I have 3 boys ages 4, 6 and 11 and we have the seasons pass for Sunday-Friday (as I would not dare go when its busy or on a Saturday anyway). Have to say my kids love coming here! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My kids also love that since we have a seasons pass and it's basically free for us to get in, I let them get a small lego set on the way out (which we also get a discount for being seasons pass members). My kids love the rides, the movies and building the lego racers!!

"Staff were great attraction terrible for the price"

The price for entry versus what you get is way out of touch. Most activities weren’t working and the gift when you upgrade your ticket is a pathetic little piece of plastic. Spent over $150 for my two kids, wife and myself and I will never come back again. Staff were all lovely, kind and very helpful my issue is with the Lego land itself.
