Description

A tour through the Hollywood Star Cars Museum is a trip through some of the most famous movies and TV shows of the last 50 years.

We feature over 40 of the best Hollywood movie & TV cars in recreated settings displayed with sound, lights, and action! Many of the cars are the creations of George Barris, who has created more famous Hollywood movie & TV cars than anyone. New cars are added nearly every year to keep the museum in step with the current Hollywood entertainment industry.

Popular cars are from such blockbuster hit movies such as The Ghostbusters' Ecto-1, The Munsters' Drag-u-la, General Lee from The Dukes of Hazzard, the Beverly Hillbillies' Jalopy, and two Batmobiles - from Batman TV Show and Batman Returns. Other cars featured are "Eleanor" from Gone in 60 Seconds, The Fast and the Furious, Back to the Future's DeLorean time machine, Days of Thunder Mello Yello race car, the Beach Boys' 1955 Thunderbird, Sir Paul McCartney's Cadillac, and many more.

This is our favorite place to stop and visit in Gatlinburg when we come! We love seeing the cars each time and now our son loves seeing the Batmobile. It’s got awesome history and car enthusiasts will be in heaven. Even if you aren’t a car enthusiast and just love movies, tv, or music you will love this place. It has something for everyone!

Our whole family enjoyed the car museum. We all agreed that it was our favorite museum that we went to.My family loves the Fast & The Furious movies and there are several cars from those movies there. I am not big on looking at cars but I really did enjoy this.The staff was super nice too!!

I loved the cars. I really enjoyed getting pictures of the cars from some of my favorite movies and TV shows. You can even pay to have souvenir pics taken with you sitting in the car.
