"Overpriced for the experience"

We stayed here recently for a few days and the hotel needs a good cleaning and updating. The elevator floors were often wet with standing water I assume from the pool but no attention was ever given to them. The rooms are dated and could use a good deep clean. They are musty and my allergies acted up almost immediately. The air also never went below 70 no matter what the setting was. The front desk had 1 person working at peak check in time and she barely spoke, we had to keep asking about things that she should have told us up front. Overall it was an adequate stay but very overpriced for the experience.

"Very bad stay"

Our sheets were never changed Our room was in very poor shape, see pictures attached No hot water after 11pm The air never went past 71 the entire stay Now for our stay issue, we thought we booked until Saturday but we did not. The only option they gave us was to charge our room $50 till 3pm. We were on top of the mountain and had to rush back to clear out our room by 3 because the desk informed us an extra night would be $600. We got back and they had locked us out of our room. Went back to the desk and they were laughing at us and needed our card to bill us the $50 before they would let us into our room. Very disappointed with this location. We frequent Hilton and have never been treated so poorly.

"Never again."

Never again. The air conditioning never reached what we set it at. Room service was terrible. I ordered $30 worth of food and beverages and expected a $3 service charge and additional taxes based on the information on the room service menu. I was charged $55 after all of the mistakes and additional “fees”. My son’s mac and cheese had no cheese and was clearly some microwaveable packet food; I ordered an $11 glass of wine but they charged me $19. Powdered eggs for breakfast. You pay $18 to park, but the hotel is a mile up the mountain from anything. I suppose the charge is because it is on the trolley line. We took the trolley down the mountain, and at the time there were two trolleys on the route, so you wouldn’t wait more than 10-15 minutes for a ride. The way down was standing room only. The way back in the afternoon, there was only one trolley, and we weren’t allowed on because of the number of people. The trolley is obviously not the hotel’s fault, but if you choose it for convenience and city transportation, you can expect to wait or be denied. We finally had to uber home ($21 for one mile up the mountain) because we couldn’t risk waiting another half hour to be denied again. I will never come back here.
