Stacey and Chevanne are the best hosts of any Hilton across North America. They quickly act whenever there is a need or a special request . Fast and friendly always. This hotel is out of the downtown core but a pleasure with a nice bar - great bartender and also an excellent restaurant with awesome servers. Thanks ladies for the extra carrot and celery , you’re the best . !!!

Beware the pool and hot tub is contaminated!!!! We are beyond disappointed. Our daughter went to the hot tub and she got a very bad skin infection. She is now on antibiotics and is in so much pain. The hot tub and the pool area needs to be managed properly, unsanitary conditions lead to serious health issues.

Lovely stay for my husbands birthday . I was in communication prior with the hotel and they truly made it special. Room was clean and huge ! Like a small condo with a dining room and living room with long hallway into the bedroom, facility is large and bright with great amenities inside and restaurant centre with over 20 restaurants (east beaver creek) just 5 minutes away . We stayed in the atrium suite and loved it. Thank you !

It is Jan 31 929am, I am in 511 room and this hotel have Wall drilling sound upstairs for 2 mornings in the arrow and I call front desk 2 times and they try to brush me off my asking a supervisor to look into it. Well this hotel should have a demerit, I have the situation tapes on video. Don't go to this hotel

As world travellers my wife and I have spent time in hotels on every continent (except Antarctica), sometimes in 3 or 4 star hotels but often in 5 star and are accustomed to a certain level of room amenities. We recently spent two nights in the 5 star Hilton Hotel in Markham (Toronto) in one of their best suites and were surprised by the lack of amenities: no mini bar, water glasses, bathrobes, slippers, or writing pad and pen. There were two bottles of water but cost $2.50 each. The tea/coffee maker included 4 small creamers, but 3 of them were off, and we had to pour the curdled coffee out. So, we decided to have tea instead but there was only 1 English Breakfast and 1 Camomile tea bag. Of course, we were able to order replacements, but this was not a 5 star experience. We also had to pay for parking, which is not unusual in big city hotels, although many hotels do provide free self-parking for guests and paid for valet parking. On the plus side, the hotel architecture is magnificent, the dining experience outstanding and the staff excellent. The room itself, a corner suite on the top floor, was very good with great views. We could even see the CN Tower across the city more than 26 Km away.
