the A/C in the room could not be turned off. I called several times and staff came to room but they could never just turn OFF the A/C. They moved us to a different suite where the same issue persisted. The engineer finally unplugged the units. 👎

Love the whirlpool and the late pool and jacuzzi closure. This is our 2nd time staying here. They’re charging for parking now but it’s not as much as some places. It’s close to restaurants and Costco which is convenient. Rooms are clean, tv is a good size, no complaints here. I heard they’re getting rid of whirlpool rooms soon which makes me sad

Amazing staff, room was extremely nice and clean. The location was great. The breakfast was by far an amazing treat, it was not a buffet it was made to order. First place I have seen it like that. The pillows were so comfy. Would definitely stay again.

Good location in San Bernardino next to many stores and cafes you can easily walk to. Hot water and coffee is available as well. Very clean and spacious room with all the amenities we could want. Functional TV, fridge, and no cleanliness issues with the bed.
