We love this hotel!!! We've stayed here several times over the yard and the customer service is amazing. But lemme tell you about ZEB. What can I say? He's the nicest guy. We met him in Anaheim back in 2024 and unfortunately could not make the trip we booked. We just ran into him again here in Fullerton a year and a half later! I remembered him immediately. And he remembered me! I wish we could commit to a trip, but at the very least....we got to talk with and be in the company of a very cool dude. WE LOVE HILTON!

Shout out to Zeb, who was amazing at explaining the Additional Hilton Honors Rewards and package trips. The wait staff, Contreras and Tanya, were very accommodating and patient when I was less patient. House staff, Madelena and Antonia who were professional, kind and eager to assist me with my minor needs. Your maintenance staff who came to fix the TV and replace the bulb were sweet to accept returning after 1pm so that I could enjoy the room a little longer. Your hospitality staff, Liz and Jeanette offered quick solutions and really made my day. Your Valet staff, Austyn, made recommendations on my first day to a local ice cream shop and went the extra mile to give me directions. Your pool staff, Enrique, helped me break the ice with some of my LifeWave team members with a bit of a laugh as he applied “Caution” tap around the Hottub in preparation for the Thursday event. Your Guest Service people were a breath of fresh air. Last but not least, your FedEx center was very helpful and we shared some funny stories to easy the sting of my boss paying an additional $15 to have our product delivered here. Overall, my stay felt more like “home away from home” and has been enjoyable. Thank you all for being a wonderful group of people while I’m visiting from Austin, Texas. Hugs hugs to you all.
