Water park isn’t clean, wait times are long as their isn’t staff taking your order. Park was way better when they first opened a few years back. Now it’s gone downhill. So sad to see something with so much potential not be taken care of.

We came here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and it was honestly one of the most uncomfortable experiences we’ve had. The first thing you notice is the smell. It hits you immediately. Not a normal pool smell, this is strong, heavy, chemical air that you can feel in your throat within minutes. You don’t have to be sensitive to notice it. The water got cloudy as the day went on, and the floors where people walk barefoot were dirty, dark, with debris and hair in multiple areas. It did not feel clean. Within a short time, my entire family felt it, burning, irritated eyes, throat discomfort, headaches. Even if you don’t experience everything we did, you will absolutely notice the irritation. It’s that strong. On top of that, my daughter got hurt on the slides. Her swimsuit was damaged in the same spot twice, and her skin in that area ended up scraped and irritated, like a burn. That shouldn’t happen. I actually thought about leaving, but stayed because it was my daughter’s birthday. I regret that decision. This place needs serious attention in terms of water quality, air quality, and overall cleanliness. Families should be aware before going.

There is so much to do inside the hotel, you forget where u are. The water park has enough entertainment for the kids to enjoy. They have an arcade open 24 hours. Plenty of food choices as well as ice cream. I definitely recommend the experience

Our stay was okay the kids enjoyed the water park over all it was a very expensive trip we got wolf passes for the kids thinking that it would be worth it but it really wasn’t we still had to pay so much more extra for them to enjoy anything there
