Four Sisters Old Time Photo in Pigeon Forge, TN

On vacation in pigeon forge Tn we decided on a whim to stop a get some photos taken at four sisters old time photos. I went to do research on line and they were the best around that I found. So I scheduled an appointment for within a half hour and the staff were fantastic rim the second we walked in the door. Sam takes us in and she dresses us all up. She has a great eye for putting everything together. Tony our photographer does some amazing work. He has a great eye for everything. Bryan does the photo prints and explains everything very well. He helped us pick frames and mattes that would look great with our photos. He explains all the different packages they offer. From the second we walked in the door they were all great people. Conversed with us and were very professional and quick I may add as we had dinner plans soon. I would 100% recommend them for all their hard work and dedication. We will be back on our next vacation with other family members. Thank you Sam,Tony and Bryan for everything.

Kayleigh and Ciara were amazing to work with. They were patient, fun-loving, and definitely were experts in their professionalism and expertise. We even watched at how great they were with another family that had a 2-year old and how sweet they were with him. Highly recommend going here. We had such a great time! Another great thing is that when you buy the package, you get to keep ALL photos they took on a USB, not just the ones you liked and chose to keep. Plus you get two free frames and 11" x 8" photos. Choose the "Best Value" for the most for your money. Great place with great people and great atmosphere!

Amazing! It wasn't busy so it went pretty fast. They had quite a lot of selections and the manager ( Kayleigh) seemed to REALLY know what she was doing. Everyone was nice and happy to explain the process and give us a lot of options, constantly checked in to make sure we were happy etc. I nearly overlooked the place because of the strip so I think they would really benefit from a social media prescence. Seriously, inside the studio was way bigger than it looked on the outside and Tiktok or Instagram would be a great way for this place to show off its variety. The whole staff was so kind.

Went in with the highest expectations and left with only disappointment. They were not overly busy so I was patient in waiting after I had my costume fitting (the lady back there was super nice. Only reason for the 2 stars) after 30-40 minutes we were called for photos. I said I only wanted family shots. He pulled us all over, he took maybe 10 shots that were all pretty much the same. Smile. Half smile. Don’t smile. And then was like ok you can take your costumes off. (Everyone else got dozens of photos and multiple backgrounds) we then waited over an hour to look at our 10 photos. We were never called. I finally called it quits and we just left as there were still 2 groups ahead of us and everyone that was called back to look at their photos took about 30 Minutes I wasn’t waiting another hour. My boys weren’t eager to do the shoot as it was and now I’ll never get to have that memory. There was absolutely no reason for any of it to take as long as it did. And no employee apologized or gave an explanation for the excessive wait. I was never rude. I was patient. We left. I cried. We won’t be back.
