The floor was absolutely soaking wet because the air conditioner was putting water out, the front desk didn’t seem to care, so every time you walked on one side of the room without shoes on you got smelly yellow water on you or your socks. Breakfast in the morning was cold (eggs, sausage, potatoes) except for the waffle you cook yourself. Wouldn’t stay here again.

There were several issues during our stay. We had problems with the room key loading on the app, and the cable and TV remote were not working. Despite sending a chat request to staff, we didn’t receive a response until the following morning, so we were without TV for that evening. Additionally, none of the hotel’s ice machines had ice available. Keep in mind that this hotel has six floors. It was also 90-100 degrees in the area each day of our stay. When I asked about it, the only response from staff was, 'Sorry for the inconvenience,' which was unacceptable given heat wave in Pigeon Forge, TN. Lastly, when housekeeping came to clean our room they only replaced the towels and they didn't make the beds or even take out the trash from the trash cans. This is strange because on the bathroom mirror, there is a sign that says what housekeeping is SUPPOSED to do. In my opinion, this is not acceptable for the price of hotels now. Do better Hampton Inn!😡😤

Rooms were ok - it’s an older hotel and although the lobby is nice, the rooms were just adequate. We were barely acknowledged when we walked in by reception. The most annoying thing was the lack of ice! The machines were either broken or empty. I had to go to every floor before I finally found 1 working machine.

This hotel was remodeled this last year and while this was needed and looks nice the bones are still the same. Doors slam and can be heard by everyone around, the painters splattered paint everywhere and didnt clean it up. The outdoor hallway hasn't been vacuumed for who knows how long. The app allows you to choose your room but 3 times now we have been given a different room than chosen and when asked about why we get told that it's a computer error. Well it never happens at the Hilton when we go there and it's the same app. Lesson learned we will stay somewhere else from now on

We chose this one over the other nearby Hampton Inn for a lower price but it is definitely an older hotel. We arrived on a Sunday evening (around 7) and the person checking us in barely spoke to us. We learned upon check out that he actually never checked in one of our 2 rooms so we were charged a no show fee to the wrong credit card. I guess we should be thankful they didn't try to check someone else into our room in the middle of the night. They fixed the billing but didn't offer anything more than a cursory apology. We then put out our "do not disturb sign" as we didn't want housekeeping to be in our room while we were gone. Housekeeping went into our room anyway and didn't close our room door fully. Our hotel room door remained open for all day while we were gone. Again we got another cursory apology but no remedies. Breakfast was adequate and staff at breakfast did a great job but there was not much seating for breakfast as you actually eat in the middle of the lobby. The rooms were ok, definitely older, but mostly clean. All in all, I was disappointed they didn't offer us anything more than a cursory apology after our issues. I'm not sure how the other Hampton Inn nearby is but I would try that one and pay a little more before staying here again.
