Where do I meet for the tour?
We are located in the Camachee Island Marina.
Florida Water Tours
107 Yacht Club Dr.
St. Augustine FL, 32084.
You will meet directly on the boat Dock A-19!
The dock is to the left of the restaurant King Fish Grill. Just before you get to the restaurant you will enter the dock to the left. Then you are going to walk down to the floating dock and head right, where you will see our boat. You MUST arrive at least 15 minutes prior to departure. You need to allow yourself enough time to park, walk down to the boat, and get checked in. We start boarding 30 mins. prior to departure.
WE ALWAYS LEAVE ON TIME!
When should I arrive?
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
Where do I park?
As you pull into Camachee Cove, take the very first right immediately after the entrance and park facing the road, A1A, across from our retail shop. To avoid a towing expense, please do not park in the store/business parking spaces. You will then walk through the parking lot towards King Fish Grill. Just before you get to the restaurant you will enter the dock to your left, then go right, and you will see our boat!
Can the boat accommodate a wheelchair?
The boat is not handicap accessible. However, if you use a wheelchair but can walk onto or provide assistance onto the boat (2 steps up), we have no problem taking your wheelchair with us.
Is the boat shaded?
Yes.
What should I bring on the tour?
For daytime cruises you may bring sunglasses, sunscreen, a hat, bottled water, and snacks. For our cooler evening cruises, depending on the time of year, you might want to have a lightweight jacket or sweater. For the Nights of Lights cruises, bundle up!
Are children allowed on the tours?
Children over the age of 3 are welcome onboard. All passengers on the adults-only cruises must be 21+ with a valid photo ID. Children are welcome on the 6:00 pm Night of Lights Tours; however, the 7:45 pm and 9:30 pm cruises are for adults 18+.
Can we swim with the dolphins?
No.
Can we feed the dolphins?
No. This is strictly prohibited.
Is there a bathroom onboard?
Yes.
What happens in the case of rain?
Weather in Florida for the most part is beautiful and sunny, but can be unpredictable at times. If there is a small craft advisory or lightning, we will cancel the tour. If your tour gets cancelled, we will contact you as soon as the captain knows and you can reschedule it for another time. All tickets are non-refundable but can be used at a later time and are transferable.
