A daily continental breakfast is complimentary for up to two guests per room and is available at The Flagler Inn. Additional $5 per voucher per extra guest is available. Guests can work up a sweat at the onsite fitness center, or cool off in the outdoor pool. A full-service restaurant and bar, Taco Libre, is also on site.

Central Saint Augustine and Castillo de San Marcos are 1.7 miles away. Ponce De Leon’s Fountain of Youth is 1.1 miles away. Guests can explore bird-watching and hiking trails at Fort Mose Historic State Park, a six minutes’ drive away. Wine tours and live music are offered at San Sebastian Winery, which is a five minutes' drive from the hotel.

"If in the area, I'd stay again!"

Upon entering the room, it had an odor. To me it smelt like pee however, my husband said it was just an "old and outdated furniture" odor. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. On day 2, I noticed the counter and table were being invaded with ghost ants. The shower is one of the better from past hotels. However, it was hard not to scold yourself in the boiling hot water. Could not get cool water in the shower nor the sink. Aside from those hang-ups, it was a decent stay. The room appeared to be clean and had enough supplies to last the entire stay. On the last day housekeeping DID NOT hound us or make us feel rushed out. Which is a plus to me!

"Clean Large Rooms in a Great Location for a Bargain Price"

Our room was large and clean. The beds were comfy, the water was HOT, the microwave, mini fridge, iron & ironing board, & blow dryer were nice amenities. The breakfast was tasty, the internet was fast enough for our needs, the tv was nice & large. The pool was clean, the lounge chairs by the pool were in good shape. There is a coin washer/dryer onsite. The parking is great. This is an older hotel outside of the historic district, but it takes <5" to get anywhere in the crowded downtown - the historic area is large & would be difficult to walk it all anyways. Staff Brian & Mel were SUPER helpful from giving quicker directions & making suggestions. Friends stayed in a B&B in the historic district for $375 a nite, and while it was a gorgeous spot, we stayed (4) nites @ the Flagler for less than that.

"Addequate lodging"

Older Hotel well maintained. Free Parking. Occasional sound of train passing nearby. Very secure, Staff will not even enter room for cleaning unless requested in advance at lobby desk. Location is excellent neat all the sights. Continental breakfast is adequate yet could use some improvement in quality and taste. Staff friendly and helpful. For the price a good hotel.

"Decent stay"

It was very hot and humid in the room even with the ac on. It was cooler outside than it was inside, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The shower also had nice water pressure. Other than that, it was a decent place to stay, very convenient for downtown and beach access.

"A weekend in st Augustine"

Everything was acceptable and was worth the prince. The only thing is there was no maid service. But for $71 dollars a night it was still a good stay. The hotel is centrally located to most of the St Augustine city attractions. The city trolley stops just out side the hotel.
